Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about the confusion around your purchase and the experience you had. There absolutely should have been a clear way for you to indicate that this was an online order, especially since your previous purchase was made in‑store. We have requested order details from you so we can contact you to resolve.
Thank you,

Store guys spot on. Communication after not great
The guys in store helped out a lot. Not pestering us as soon as we walked in. That's what made us go back in. Helpful and give us more options than what they had on display.
The communication after order place hasn't been great. Not knowing exactly what was being delivered and only getting the wardrobe delivered but not the bedside table. We should of been made aware this would be coming separately. Still waiting on 2 items to be delivered so hopefully the communication will be better.

I’m really pleased to hear that our in‑store team made you feel comfortable and supported, without any pressure as soon as you walked in. It’s great to know that their helpful approach and the additional options they showed you played a part in your decision to return—this is exactly the experience we aim to provide. However, I’m very sorry to hear that the communication after placing your order has not met expectations. This will be fedback internally to see how we can improve,
