Website is fine. I had originally gone into your shop where I was told I could not use blue light discount in conjunction with any other offer & because they were running a offer the blue light could not be used. The information they gave me on beds was very very good. I went home as not to impulse buy & to research my intended purchase. I went on Bensons website to purchase the intended beds & found I COULD use blue light! So I got further discount which is the opposite of what I was informed by your employee. When we went back to the shop, the employee recognised us & looked happy to see us, we wanted to check the bed we had purchased. When we told them that we had already ordered online they did not even get out of their chair. They had a face like thunder & all customer service immediately evaporated into thin air. I am not made of money & as much as I would like to purchase in store I will do what is best for me. I will not spend extra if I do not have to. You should make the price the same in the shop so that you get more footfall in your shops which are completely dead!

DREADFUL SERVICE. After requesting (and having a full conversation with the incompetent sales person) that my old bed needed to be collected due to it being a super king and agreeing to pay the £100 charge, I was told on the day of delivery of my new bed that this service had not been included. I am now stuck with 2 beds in the same room. Customer services would not arrange for the old bed to be collected as the new one had been delivered, even though the lorry drivers said they could arrange it. The email on their invoice is wrong. Go elsewhere if you want good customer service.
