Benson for beds from start to finish have been amazing. From the time we chose the beds, to delaying delivery due unforeseen circumstances to delivery has been easy and stress free. Staff have been helpful and go above and beyond. Delivery was great they called when they said and were friendly on time and helpful. Highly recommend

Supportive and clear help in the showroom, with swift service in putting the order in. Delivery was then entirely planned, with clear communication beforehand, helpful service in putting the bed together and clearing away the plastic covering.

Very helpful!
We initially came in from a bedroom fitting company to measure a couple of beds to make sure they would fit our bedroom.
Tailie was very helpful and showed us a variety of beds with and without headboards to help us, even though there was no guarantees we would return.
She was so helpful in fact we returned straight after we finished and bought a bed!
Again, Tailie showed us a variety of different fabrics and colours to help us match our colour scheme. Would definitely recommend

Do not trust bensons for beds to sort out any problems, avoid buying from them if you don't want to end up like me with a bill of £1500,mattress you can't sleep on
Mattress was expensive, I've gone over my 40 days due to prior commitments, Mattress is supposed to be soft? It's not it's like sleeping on a board,it's a gel Mattress which we rotate every week, still hasn't made a difference 😒, I've got back issues and this has made it worse, wish I never bought it, old Mattress was better
