I placed an order #38652 online for a pair of sneakers on March 26, 2026.
The carrier still has not delivered the shoes and Benjamin Berner's customer service has left me to my fate.
I'll just have to solve it myself for them.
I paid for the shoes but the shoes did not arrive.
They don't want to help me, I will never order anything from them again.
What bad service.

Bought a travel bag, they sent me the wrong item, made me pay tax (despite saying tax was included) then made me return the item at my own cost, then never sent the correct item, never reimbursed me and stopped replying to emails

Honestly this company is just a scam. Stay away.

Very weak and, honestly, misleading after-sales service. Even though I like the product itself, the post-purchase experience was disappointing. The lack of customer support and transparency makes me unwilling to buy anything from this brand again.

Schuhe letztes Jahr 07.2025 gekauft und zurückgeschickt, da mir sie nicht gefallen haben.
Bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten!!!!!

Wirklich schlechter Kundenservice und die Qualität ist ebenfalls nicht klasse.
Schuhe sind hart und klobig.
Han diese auf eigene Kosten nach Italien schicken müssen. Dies war Anfang Februar und ich habe bis heute nichts gehört. Hab per Paypal bezahlt und hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld wieder.

Je n'ai jamais reçu la paire que j'ai commandé et le service client ne m'a toujours pas remboursé. Ça fait déjà près d'un mois. Je leur ai transmis tous les documents nécessaires. Très déçu car c'est une marque que j'appréciais.

Ganz schlecht, nach bestellung waren die schuhe zu Groß, musste zwei mal züruck schicken damit die Paket überhaupt an die Adresse ankommt. Habe gemeint das ich mein Geld und Schuhe nie mehr bekomme. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Kontakt mir Benjamin berner sehr schlecht nicht Professional und korrekt.

Abzocker !!! Ich musste die versandkosten für die Retoure selber bezahlen und bei der Erstattung haben die mir dann auch die Lieferungskosten in Höhe von 9,90€, welche der Shop erstmal bezahlt hat, abgezogen. Betrüger hoch 10 !!!

If I could give a minus score I would. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one of which I returned to them after contacting them agreeing to this. I returned on 28th November, they arrived in Switzerland on 3rd December but they would NOT accept the delivery. I have had to file a case through PayPal to try and get the refund, its cost me nearly £20 to send them back and now they do not respond to any emails etc.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from this company, in addition to not being informed of the customs duty which was half of the amount I paid for the sneakers, they also arrived looking second hand, so they were effectively unstuck. The sneakers bleed color onto the toes, which is later hard to wash off, and the lace eyelets leave color on the skin. I sent them emails about the problem and asked for an amicable solution, but no one responded.

I ordered a wallet and it said 5-6 bussines day shipping. To this day I sent them multiple e-mails and the only one they answered is first where they said GLS is having some issues with shipping (they are not). When I said them that its their issue thats when communication is like with dead. Never buying from them again

Recebi os sapatos em 3 dias e devolvi por serem demasiado grandes e pedi encarecidamente para me serem facultados os mesmos sapatos mas com o NR inferior.
Caso que isso não aconteceu, primeiro dizem que não receberam os que enviei quando tenho provas que já lá estão á duas semanas.
Depois dizem que as transportadoras estão em greve...
Lamentável, pedi para me serem entregues porque irei casar em Outubro e estou a equacionar ir para outras instâncias resolver este problema
Infelizmente mais pessoas estão lesadas por esta empresa

Recently I purchased a pair of shoes "Touch ups Tegan Dyeable Satin Shoes" for my son's wedding. Benjamin-Walk sells these shoes. They were exactly what I was looing for. My friend suggested I consider dying the shoes to match my dress. When researching where I could have the shoes dyed, I found that most shoe repair stores no longer have this service and that Benjamin-Walk does! I emailed them to ask more questions about the dying process and if they can match my dress. They said they could........I emailed them a few times to be sure I understood the steps & the length of the process. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful - Timely with their responses and very courteous. I felt good about the company and the process so I sent them my shoes and piece of my dress. I just received the shoes and they look perfect. If anyone is looking for support with dying satin shoes, you have to try this company.

For the last 9 to 10 years I have purchase many things online and I have never ever experienced something like it. I have returned the item as requested and two months later still chasing for the refund and no luck!!!
Not to say the reason of returning of the item not up to stands for the price!!!
Just don’t buy it!!!!

I am waiting for any answer for my shoes for 2 weeks. There is still nothing and i do live in Switzerland, on page it say shoes will be send in 2 bussnies day. We find a number on reciept and someone answer. They told us they changing warehouse and they will send later this week, nothing. We called again and they say next weeks monday. Still nothing! They stoped answering on phone and shoes we payed 300 euros. Its drive me crazy that this is legit site in Switzerland! Anyone know where to report them?
