Absolutely awful customer service and would never use again. I ordered 8x cans of alcoholic Guiness and they sent me 0% Guiness. Driver completely unhelpful and the customer service seem to think that this is an acceptable substitute!
Refusing to refund me and saying because I provided the order PIN number to the driver, that this was acceptance that I was happy with the order. The REALITY is that the driver asked for the PIN for the order (presumably to check he was at the correct address? Which would seem normal)After expressing my dissatisfaction with the items, he advised that if I wasn’t happy with the order that there was nothing he could do about it and that I would have to ring the Beelivery number and take it up with them. At this point he was already back in his car and driving off as quickly as possible! Fobbing me off essentially. Not prepared to share their complaints policy or process with me. Complete fraudsters and customer service is a waste of time.

Avoid! I made an order and it was taking a long time to get accepted. When I contacted the online help chat, they offered to cancel it and I replied yes.
The order later turned up anyway - I was later told the customer agent was actually a bot and due to a system error, it didn't cancel in time.
Since then, they have offered no way that you can complain, speak to a human or refund the order.

They don't deliver. Absolutely hopeless. They shouldn't be in business. Have demanded a full refund. Evening ruined. Expect the refund will take days too. Very very poor.

The cost is very expensive

Very fast delivery and they are very happy to travel to various local stores to find exactly what you ordered even if it’s not in stock

Delivered within 45 minutes of placing the order. Telephoned by the driver to check an item. Very efficient service.

Don’t bother. Useless company who don’t deliver. AI customer service.

I recently made an order that was not fulfilled, delivery did not take place. Rather than offer a refund or deliver another time, Beelivery have decided to take my £40 and tell me that is the end of the matter. Very disappointing, buyer beware, I will not use them again.

Very poor delivery service. I normally have to wait over 3 hours. Uber is excellent. And cheaper as well.

This company asked me to give them a second chance. Here is what happened. The chat ends with the advisor just not bothering to respond.....

This is what happened when once again the driver didnt arrive on time and when he did, the food was rotten......

Here we go again. After my last complaint,you are doing the same thing again and delivering late and not responding. Your tracker is not working and |I have no clue when or if this delivery will arrive

He has just turned up and the cucumber is rotten. He drove off so fast I could not tell him. I will never use this company again and am posting this on Trust Pilot to warn others.

I completed a delivery for Beelivery over a week ago (Order 3728239), and my account still shows it as 'Unpaid'. I have contacted support multiple times, but I still haven't received my money. This is completely unacceptable. They are quick to take the work but refuse to pay the drivers on time. Avoid working for them if you expect to get paid!

I will start this in stating that the driver was nice and lovely.

I ordered 6 packs of potato scones costing £11.16 and some other items. The potato scones were for my son who has various complicated medical and cognitive needs so he is very strict on what he can tolerate to eat.

The driver called to advise they didn't have what I wanted and did I want a substitution for a different type. I asked him to just get one packet as I was sure my son wouldn't eat it. This was delivered.

No partial refund. So I reached out to customer services who refund me... £0.62. from £11.16. I have raised this with their customer services who just stopped replying to me. They advised me that I received 4 packs and there were refunding me for 2 packs which was factually incorrect and also very bad maths.

I have heard from the company 24 hours later offering me a gift card and they have now refunded me £3... Which again, is not what I am due.

I have supplied evidence to the company of the item that was delivered and advised the price of this item at the shop the driver advised he was at. This was £2 for the pack. So I was due over £9 in refund.

This company use AI for the majority of their processes. They lie about items being "in stock" on the website and then hold refunds and claim false truths.

Just don't ever use them. Seriously. They don't have their own stock. They don't check stock. They use AI to communicate and they do not refund you.

I did not receive a delivery. The phone number of the 'driver' was not a working phone number. So, I canceled the order. The company is still hounding me for a delivery fee on an order I did NOT receive AND canceled because I did not receive the order. DO NOT use this company. They are a scam.
