The communication is terrible.
When placing an order please be aware that you will not receive it in a timely manner. If you email them, allow 345 business days for a response!
I have sent numerous emails and a WhatsApp message requesting an update on my order. I have even requested to have “Fraser” contact me after reading responses to reviews from “Fraser” and still nothing.
My child is sleeping on the floor and had I known the customer service and processing of my order would be like this I would have never ordered from this company!
The one and only response I have had is that “There has been a high volume of orders”
Has the whole of Australia put in an order at the same time? Or is there just one person processing orders?
I would like either a response to my numerous emails with a clear update on my order and when it will be shipped, or a refund please.

I'm really happy with my Serenity Mattress from Bedzy. It arrives vacuum sealed and rolled into a small box, which made it much easier to carry through the house and into the bedroom than a full size mattress would have been.I would definitely recommend placing it in the room and on the bed before opening the packaging, as it begins expanding quickly once the seal is open. I also left mine for as long as possible to fully expand and settle before using it. They said 24 hours but mine was more than ready after 6.
It feels supportive, comfortable and excellent quality. The five-year warranty provides extra peace of mind, while the free delivery was a great bonus. I also really appreciated the free pillows included with my order, which was a lovely surprise.
Overall I'm very pleased with the mattress and the value for money. Great job!

I had a fantastic experience ordering a bed and mattress bundle from Bedzy.

I initially made an enquiry but didn't proceed straight away. When I came back some time later, Fraser who I had been dealing with was just as helpful and as patient as before.

He responded to my many questions quickly, and provided clear and helpful information, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated.

Overall, the service from Bedzy was professional, friendly, and efficient. Thank you for making what could have been a complicated process so straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bedzy based on the excellent service I received.

I purchased a set of sun loungers and an outdoor day bed during Bedzys Tax Time Sale and was really impressed with the entire experience.
The day bed arrived just two days after I received the tracking information. The sun loungers were sent with a different courier and arrived the following morning, so everything was delivered much sooner than I expected.

Delivery was completely free, with no minimum spend required, which was a great bonus especially for larger outdoor furniture.Assembly was also surprisingly straight forward. The instructions were easy to follow, and I had both the day bed and sun loungers fully assembled in under an hour.

Great value, fast delivery and a very smooth experience from start to finish. Im extremely happy with my purchase and would happily shop with Bedzy again.

It seems everything went wrong with this order. After waiting a fortnight I emailed them asking what was happening to my order. They had not contacted me to let me know. Then after another two days, they replied saying that they had a lot of orders and would contact me when the Brighton bed order had left their warehouse. I had ordered the bed on 13 June. Nobody contacted me unless I sent an email first. By middle of August I decided to cancel the order and demand a refund. I was not happy with this company.

Our experience with Bedzy was exceptional from beginning to end. The website was easy to navigate, ordering was simple, and the mattress and topper we purchased are unbelievably comfortable.

What impressed us most was the level of service throughout the entire process. The sales team was helpful and knowledgeable, the after-sales support was equally attentive, and delivery was handled smoothly.

Every stage felt easy, professional and well organised. It has genuinely been one of the best online shopping experiences we've had, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase

Really really slow delivery. Automated chatbot response. No clarity. Poor rude service once finally communicating to a person. Low quality furniture but hey you get what you pay for I guess. Once it finally arrives that is!!!! Description on product could be improved as very low bed.

Excellent product, easy to fix to wall and great service

When we unpacked our second bedside table, we noticed a production imperfection and some damage which had occurred during the delivery process. We immediately contacted Bedzy and sent photos of the damage. This was incredibly simple via WhatApp direct from my phone.
The response was immediate. A new bedside table was despatched to us right away. It was double-wrapped and arrived in quick time and perfect condition.
We are very happy with our tables, they are perfect for us. We are especially grateful for the prompt and courteous service which we received from Fraser

The service for my new bed was above 5 stars. They answered my 1000 questions late at night, shout out to the after hours staff.
Delivery was efficient!

AVOID! These guys are completely dishonest about everything especially the absolute scam “priority processing fee”. They have refused to cancel my order and provide a refund for my bed despite 3 separate requests, and when I said I would be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria over the scam priority fee that does absolutely nothing to get your order shipped any quicker they immediately refunded it in a weak attempt to try and cover their backsides. They make endless excuses and lies about getting your order out, and the information on their website is littered with contradictions. I genuinely believe many of the positive reviews on here and social media are fake and I’ve seen criticism replies to Facebook posts deleted while all the positives remain. Do not trust these guys with your money unless you’re prepared to go through the chargeback process with your bank like I’ve had to. I’ve already ordered another bed elsewhere and they know that but continue to refuse to cancel my order and refund me. STAY WELL AWAY!!!

Still nothing with no updates every time I message the WhatsApp they say they are expect high amount of orders which is just a joke

4 Stars from me - as had a minor issue with a missing part, but emailed support and they express posted it the same day. Brilliant!

Terrible company and service. Ordered a mattress package at the start of July and was told it would not be shipped till at least the middle of august. Paid extra for priority service, and it still has not shipped in the timeframes they promised and honestly having to pay for "priority" is a scam. Their whatsapp support is terrible, they clearly use AI for the responses and have not adhered to any promises they have made. Cannot believe in this day and age a company can get away with this behavior, I'll be reporting them to the ACCC and CAV. Constantly saying they have many orders is no excuse for poor logistics and this company seems so disorganized and understaffed. They take way too long to reply to any support queries, and they have since stopped responding to my messages altogether, so I'm left with having to charge back what i paid and go elsewhere. Save yourself the drama, and stay away from this awful excuse of a business.

Purchased king single bed and mattress . Very happy with quality of both, especially the mattress. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for furniture for a guest room/ child’s room.

Ordered my bed package May 31st its now July 30th still no bed, the only updates I get are after I email asking for an update to only get a run around, the last email response stated 3 to 5 days dispatch still nothing, no updates from this company, its very disappointing.

3 Piece white bar set. Arrived in just 3 days from dispatch with prio. All ready for Spring now cheers!

Messaged on Whats app about my delivery and it was sorted in 5 mins. More companies need to use Whats app for customer service, it's so much easier than waiting on hold!
