Absolute shit show.... Paid express for laser tag for my nephews birthday 2 and half weeks later australia post has still not even received it and they still advertising on there site that the item is in stock and ready to be shipped yet FALSE ADVERTISING mine hasn't been sent because they are in such high demand they repeatedly tell me. Reviews on site are bullshit my 1 star review was removed.

I would not even give this company one star, but that was the minimum required to leave a review.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I placed and paid for my order on 4 February 2026, but it never arrived. After chasing it up by phone, I eventually received a response and was promised that my parcel would arrive within a week.

It is now 17 March 2026 and my order has still not arrived. (Two weeks later) My recent phone calls are not being returned, and I have received no updates or explanation.

This has been a very frustrating experience, and I am a very unhappy customer.

Dodgy business practice, don't trust this company. I ordered a ShapEx yoga mat from their website at premium price, and 3 days later I received an Amazon parcel which contained a Cambia yoga mat, which costs 1/3 of the price I paid for the ShapEx yoga mat on Voyages Collections Australia. In other words, they advertised a premium yoga mat on their website as in-stock and ready to ship, then sent me a much lower value yoga mat via Amazon (and different thickness). Their customer service was never responsive until later in the afternoon / early evening (I tried to ring multiple times during business hours and reached out via their online chat but I never got a response). I ended up emailing them and someone finally responded in the evening which makes me think they've offshored the customer service and have zero presence in Australia. I could have easily been fooled by their quiet 'substitution' as the colour of the mat was the same as what I ordered but it looked thicker so I didn't even open it. I have now returned the mat and they have refused to tell me if they have the mat I ordered in stock, which their website still showed as available as of today. Last i heard, they refused to explain how the issue happened, and said they'll refund me once they receive the yoga mat back. It was such a waste of time and while they claim that it was an error, numerous other reviews indicate that this is one of their business practice and i assume not everyone has the time or patience to return the goods and I would assume that's how they make money. Don't trust these guys!

I ordered online and received a delivery ETA. A week went by with nothing more and no tracking. I contacted them only to be told what I ordered was not available and would I like to pick another colour (frustrating, but sure... They should have been the ones to contact me, and sooner, but these things happen).

The item arrives and the product doesn't fit in the storage case it came with (described on the website as custom made and a perfect fit).

When I contacted them to advise of this (thinking maybe it was just a faulty case) they denied it, said I was wrong and weren't going to resolve it.

I ended up sending videos to demonstrate that the case didn't fit the product. They had sold me something that was not fit for purpose.

They ultimately sent me another case.... Which is exactly the same.

Their products are shoddy and their customer service is even worse.

Wouldn't recommend. Ordered an item with an estimated delivery time of 14-21 December - it eventually turned up some two weeks later. Well after the period when we ordered and when we needed it

The tracking app is terrible provided no accuracy or idea on when the item would turn up.

Lastly, when the item did arrive it provided no details on when or how to return the item. We advised via email that we would be returning the item &returned it to the address on the shipping invoice. We have since been advised that was this not a sanctioned return and no refund would be provided.

Additionally the person, Luz, posting favorable reviews on this website is also an employee of the company!

I bought from you guys Dec 2024 and Dec 2025. Have to say - both times items arrived quickly and well package. I'm happy with you guys overall and do recommend your to my family and friends Keep it up!

I had to wait a long time for my order, almost a month, and I understand that Christmas was a contributing factor. The tracking info wasn't good. My order number never went past the first stage of being shipped.
Having said that, customer service was very helpful, and did offer to cancel my order if I wasn't satisfied.
I am very satisfied with the actual product which is exactly as described online.

I would have rated 0 stars, but could not. This company is a scam. Laser tag set ordered 5 weeks ago, more than $300 (including delivery). Delivery was said to have been made on 22/12, with delivery of a receipt and no item. The company marked the item as delivered. Customer service is non existent. Unable to contact on listed 1300 number and staff are either impossible to get a hold of or do not return calls. Do not purchase from this company. Getting a refund is impossible. Terrible. Multiple messages and requests for contact made.

Unfortunately the item I ordered was possibly not going to arrive in time for Christmas.
I emailed Max who gave me a full refund immediately with no problem whatsoever.
I would happily order from them again .

Received slip and slide from Voyage Collection. Its fantastic quality and received on time. Kids having a blast in the backyard. I loved their support and would buy again

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Item left in Ballarat & not shipped with Sendle. Courier company obviously will not deliver 3 hours from Ballarat. Have got refund but item was ordered for Christmas Party. Check courier company prior to ordering as Sendle will not deliver to country areas.

Placed an order- half turned up, the other half didnt after 4 weeks - I've emailed. Got a reply stating they would get back to me. Just received a refund for the missing item as I was writing the review. Shame I didn't get the second item but glad they sorted it.

Service was wonderful, all questions answered. They respond to emails with helpful information.

A few months ago I ordered a stainless steel pressure cooker. The product arrived with pitted rust unit and didn’t seal properly. I sent pictures of the rust off and videos of steam leaking when in use to their returns email and got a string of please wait 12 hours then please wait 24 hours then a snarky response saying please wait we asked you to wait even though I had waited the requested time. Nothings changing despite being in contact multiple times.

Absolute garbage. It’s a faulty and dangerous product and the return process is in effect non existent.

If I could rate it zero stars or negative stars I would. If anyone asks I’d say do not buy this product and avoid this company.

Ordering was easy and the package arrived fast, only problem was it was only one of the items not both. After contacting the company they sent the other item. I was happy that they were easy to deal with and the problem was resolved quickly.

Do not use this company.I bought a juicer in August,over a month later no arrival.I ordered a red one,told it was no longer available,choose another colour,chose orange.Waited,another email orange not available,so chose black.Still waiting for it.I am asking for a refund

Scam company. Do not buy from them. Refused to refund me when they never shipped my order.
