Product was good but delivery was slow. I got the mattress on time but the bed arrived the day I left. Gave them over two weeks notice of requirements and the required deadline. Could of been five star experience but I would try to buy locally where you can.

Mattress was as described & very comfortable.

I received the new mattress within days of ordering. The process 2as very easy and stress free. The manhandling of the box (35kg+) was a bit harder, trying to get it into the house etx, but I got there in the end.
I was quite restless for the first week or so of having the new mattress, but now I seem to settled down and can get quite a good sleep. The cat was not impressed with the extra height of the new bed ( about 20cm higher) but a set of pet stairs has sorted him out.

Amazing mattress!! I got the double extra firm!! Absolutely excellent and such a decent price!!! Take it easy with unwrapping ans easy to cut inner plastic layer and follow the instructions.

The customer service at Auschampx was extremely good, I had an issue with the mattress I purchased, and the team at Auschampx put through a warranty claim and issued me a new mattress nearly immediately. It arrived with in two days of me originally contacting them.

Under Australian Consumer Law:
A business cannot advertise a broad right and then quietly take it away in hidden terms. The most deceiving Australian store I’ve experienced, clearly states you can return change of mind on all mattresses when on the mattress link on there website, then in the fine print on a seperate document it says you can’t for mattresses, never would have bought it if couldn’t test it.
