My first time using the site. Reveiws looked great. They use the worst couriers service. 2 weeks after order was made i question where my package was. First reply gave me a DPD reference number that showed delivered in Germany! Queried again to be advised delivery was made by fast way. Was advised this several times... No sign of parcel. Nearly 1 month later still no product. Finally i have been Offered full refund but of course no update or reply to advise that I will actually get it. So poor. So disappointing. Cannot recommend or trust to use site again im afraid.

I bought the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate shampoo and conditioner duo plus the Kerastase Symbiose bundle and everything arrived the very next day. I have often waited for over a week for delivery from other online stores , so you can imagine how impressed I was to recieve my order the very next day. The price of my order was great value & I found it to be cheaper than other online stores that I have used in the past. Overall it was an Amazing experience & I'm delighted to be supporting an Irish business !

Ordered IcoClean brush cleaner on Wednesday afternoon & was delivered on Friday, good price & Fantastic service. I would 💯 recommend Beauty Features

Very fast delivery, unfortunate the local courier abandoned the package at my property & never made contact with us even though we were present. A neighbour told us that the package was delivered!

I contacted the company and received a very sympathetic hearing and a credit to my account to pay for a more reliable courier next time… but my basic point is that all deliveries should be reliable.

So I went back to the website, and there was no credit available as promised. I made the purchase anyway, and paid extra to have the reliable courier deliver. The next package was again abandoned outside my house and strangely, there was documentation inside the package from the unreliable courier. I don’t know what’s going on, but this operation does not appear to be well run…

Website very user friendly, next day delivery is a great service and all went smoothly. Prices also good. Thanks to all the team at Beauty Features. I’ll be back to buy more products 👍🏻
