I ordered 4 products including a lip stick and lip liner from mac for my wedding day. I received a mascara instead of the lip liner. When I contacted customer service they sent me a refund/replacement link for me to fill in and go return to a shop. I did not receive an apology or any accountability. Two more messages later and they can't confirm if I will get the product or a refund so I don't know if I need to repurchase elsewhere.

Amazing and keeps you updated

Terrible company, they will fraudulently take your money and refuse to engage to come to a resolution. Please see my previous reviews of this shambles of a company.

No resolution yet. Told me they would send out replacement products but on the same day there was problems with dispatchment.

Will not be purchasing from this website again. Very expensive lesson learned.

Your card details are not secure, be careful buying. They signed me up for an 18 a month subscription with some company called complete savings. I was able to block the company from billing me anymore but this site is dodgy and not secure. Avoid buying if possible

The products are of good quality and perform well. The price for the product’s value is incredible as I only payed 86€, where if I got everything separately it would be over 180€. I would recommend this kit to beginners. The only downside is that you might need to buy a few prep tools of your own.

Fast delivery and very prompt and helpful whenever there is a problem with orders or products.

I had an issue with my parcel going missing during delivery with An Post. When I contacted the team, they were incredibly helpful and immediately offered to send a replacement while the investigation was still ongoing.

Thankfully, my new replacement parcel arrived safely today. I really appreciate how quickly and confidently they stepped in to help without any hesitation.

I am a long time customer of Look Fantastic. I submitted an order which went missing. I contacted Look Fantastic to arrange a replacement order however the next day my original order arrived. I contacted Look Fantastic again and spoke with Anastasija to cancel the replacement order and along with her apologies for the inconvenience she told me that the replacement order could not be cancelled and that I should keep it as an apology for the length of time that the original order took to get to me (over 3 weeks). Wonderful customer service and extremely gracious.

The worst customer service that I have ever dealt with! I made a purchase and received an email that payement did not go through so I entered details again
And was charged twice !
This is the second time that it happened, the first I noticed straight away and was told that couldn't cancel.
Trying to get in contact with LK is painfully slow and its just automated responses you can't engage with anyone who can help.
This is a very dishonest company.

Great price fast delivery

Very disappointing experience with lookfantastic.ie. I ordered skincare, but when the parcel arrived, the postman told me it was soaking wet. He didn’t even hand it over, and neither of us could tell what items inside were damaged. It was returned to the sender the same day, and I took photos as proof.
I contacted customer service immediately via live chat and was told an investigation would be carried out before any resolution. I requested a full refund.
However, I’ve received no refund and no proper update since. The returned parcel already reached them for sometimes. The lack of communication and slow response is extremely frustrating. Honestly, I’m very disappointed and anxious dealing with this company, and at this point I just hope it doesn’t continue operating like this; it’s heading down the drain. I truly can't recommend them.

Just a warning to anyone purchasing off look fantastic. They are affiliated with a company called go2 complete savings.whey you finish your purchase, there is a pop up box offering free cash back on your next order.I have NEVER clicked into this box. Yet I realised today that €21 a month since January has been taken from my bank account. After further looking into it
I found this company on trust pilot and all the reviews said it was a SCAM! I eventually got a ph number for them and they tried to tell me I signed up for it ( whatever it was) because I received absolutely nothing from them , nor any email regarding any subscription ..I now bringing this further for GDPR breach.. including against LOOK FANTASTIC! WHO are giving all your personal and bank account details to this scam company !I will never purchase again from look fantastic!

I have ordered many items from look fantastic and always got my products quickly.This Time I ordered perfume.At the top of the page it said free delivery over 100 euro . I spent 150 and was charged delivery. I contacted customer services . Who asked me to send a screenshot? When I went back to the page this offer was shown. So I sent an email re this and got no reply! I have since managed to get a screenshot ! Was a little disappointed at how this was managed! However I got my order very quickly and picked it up from my local chemist delighted with my order

Easy to navigate website - quick delivery and great deals

I received a darker foundation shade than expected and Jen from Quality Compliance Team was really helpful and helped to make refund within 2 days of my inquiry. I am happy with the service.

Excellent customer service team, especially Tessa and team who very quickly and easily resolved an issue with a product for me. Delivery is always quick as well.

Appalling. Item returned using their system - which I paid for. Returned a month ago. No engagement by customer service despite multiple email. Despite requirement you use their return service keeps asking for proof of postage. Sent but not acknowledged. Appalling place. Steer clear. Dodgy as can be.
