Balsam Hill UK Anmeldelser

First class service well done

Had to make a few calls to company to see were my order was but when it came very happy with purchase

Fabulous tree and great service , this is my second balsam hill tree , wanted one for the conservatory as well as lounge . Absolutely gorgeous trees and certainly worth the money ! 🎄

Very helpful with my situation

This is the second tree that I have bought from Balsam Hill. They are quality products, and a great buy in the January sales. They are quickly delivered, and come with their own reinforced storage bag and handling gloves. They look very realistic.

On the premise that I start with 5 stars and only deduct if there is a problem then it has to be 5 stars. The tree is realistic although as it's January I've only had a quick look. It was easy to assemble. It arrived reasonably quickly and I was kept informed of progress. It was well packaged. I had a couple of queries and my emails were answered quickly.

Once I told the company the item hadn’t arrived after a month, the company had the item delivered in two days. Very efficient

Lovely tree and decorations, good quality, just what I wanted, had an issue with something arriving broken, customer service team amazing. Sorted out the issue quickly and professionally. Thank you so much

Very good communication and delivery time. I will not be unpacking the item until the middle of April when I will have help to do so. After this time I will be able to give a full review so if you would like to contact me again at the end of April I will be happy to respond.

Easy to find the right size tree for our house. Ordering simple, delivery great.

Placed an order and received my order when they said they would. My purchase was made after Christmas and I have yet to open the box. I intend on leaving a review on the tree in December. But I am very pleased with my BH tree purchase.

Tree is really good quality and quick delivery. Would recommend.

Have wanted a Balsham Hill tree for years and thrilled to get one in the sale. Beautiful tree! Very quick service and delivery. Good follow up as well.

Excellent quality, prompt delivery and a good saving in the sale! Such a beautiful tree, exactly as described. This is my 8th tree from Balsam Hill, I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

The item took a long time to get to me. Customer Services were not that helpful either

The tree is good quality but I was disappointed with the size, much narrower than I thought.

Today I did unpack my new tree and it looks fabulous I have not tried it with the lights jet but I’m sure when I bring it down for Xmas it will be in working order.
I bought the tree from Balsam it’s well known company and very trusted for the quality
I would definitely recommend Balsam

Fantastic tree. The flip mechanism is the best. It is very assemble to assess.
The storage protection bags are very robust, and the feature where the smaller bag clips to the box is excellent.
It will need a lot of fluffing up the first time before it looks anything like the picture on the listing.
It is VERY heavy in its large box, so it won’t be able to be stored in a loft.

Very pleased with our purchases
