I purchased theLaureate UPF50+ DWR Hiking Pants
I purchased these lightweight mountaineering pants to hike in warmer weather because they are quite light. These fit me really well and were long enough. I am 5'9" tall and weigh 122 lbs. They are water resistant and dry quickly. (I tried this by turning the hose on them outside.) I ordered a size small and they are roomy allowing me to wear leggings or shorts underneath. I also ordered an XS which fit great if you are wearing them on their own. I particularly like the zippered pockets and they fit an iPhone with room to spare. I have several other Baleaf items (shorts) that I love, as well, for hiking during the warmer months.

Quick response & delivery. Exactly the right capri length I’ve been looking for (I’m 5’2). Also, I like how the leg opening is not tight. I sized up to 10 (normally comfortable in 8) for easy mobility when playing pickleball. I wear compression knee-high socks that gets covered by the pants below the knee. I have yet to test its sweat-wicking feature.
Update: sweat-wicking indeed! Ordering more & sizing down to compare.

The return process with this company is…
The return process with this company is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. It is horrible. They wouldn’t send me a return label until I sent a strongly worded email, and even then, they provided two separate codes for what was originally one order. The process is confusing, not prepaid, and appears to be run from overseas, likely China. They use Amazon for their return process even if you order from them directly. If you like the clothes, I highly recommend ordering through Amazon for an easier return experience. Read other reviews — I’m not the only one frustrated. Absolutely terrible system.
UPDATE: Although I was initially frustrated with the return process, I want to acknowledge that the customer service team ultimately made things right. They processed my refund in a timely manner and went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of. They also assured me that they are working to improve their return process to prevent similar issues in the future. I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue and their commitment to better service.

I bought a pair of bike shorts to wear as the bottoms for a bathing suit . . perfect. Then I bought pants for yoga/exercising, then two pair for pickleball, then long pants for travel. They are priced fairly, pack well, look good, dry easily and have great colors to choose from.

Returned pants - NO REFUND ISSUED
I returned two pairs of pants in January. They never refunded the money I paid. It's six months later I am out $100. I have spent hours with Discover Card (canceled) and PayPal (canceling). This company is very disreputable, they do not respond to ANY communication.
They responded to my review by exposing my email address. I am baffled by their behavior. My review has changed to minus 5 stars.

Prompt correction to my order
I chose an incorrect size during ordering and only realized my mistake after I placed the order. I wrote to the Customer Information and immediately got a response; my order had been correctly updated. Baleaf is Awesome
Everything about this company is super. I have long yoga pants, capris and their new long shorts. Ordering was easy shipping was quick and accurate. The material varies depending on what you order, but everything I’ve purchased is very comfortable and very durable. The shorts are so soft, they are really lovely on warm days.
