I have had no complaints with Baleaf. Products are of decent quality, fit as their charts describe, and arrive in a reasonable time. I will continue to purchase items from Baleaf.

I love Baleaf. In my opinion, their products are a gold standard for athleisure and athletic wear. I first found them years ago while searching for good quality, comfortable pants and shorts that could securely hold my phone in a comfortable position to listen to audio books. They fit the bill perfectly.
1. Everything I've purchased is excellent quality.
2. The large, secure pockets are positioned on the side of the thigh on many styles. This is ideal for activities that include a lot of squatting and bending. Front pockets are better than nothing, but bending and squatting is difficult with a big phone right in front of where my hip bends.
3. There are several lengths of shorts to choose from.
4. There are different fabrics to choose from depending on the weather.
5. There are fits and styles that can accomodate people of different shapes, sizes, modesty/confidence, and preference for tight, relaxed, or loose fits.
6. They also have work-appropriate styles.
7. My ONLY wish is that they would expand their color palette. I prefer darker colors, and would like more than black, blue, and red. The latter 2 aren't quite dark enough to hide dirt from gardening and building stuff outdoors.
Regarding the website, it is reasonably user-friendly. I'm a web developer, so I always see room for improvement.
Regarding customer service, I haven't had any issues with payments or shipments, and haven't returned anything, so I can't really give informed info about that.
I love their clothes so much, that I've introduced a lot of my friends and family to them.
Since this review is so glowing, I'd like be clear that I have no financial interest in the company. I recommend their clothes because they are great quality and thoughtfully designed to provide practical features that make me happy.

I needed to return items. The return process is very difficult. I did what I was told to do and have never received a refund. I won’t order anything else.

Anything I have ordered from Baleaf has been great.

There was a slight issue with one of the pair of pants I received. This was taken care of immediately (even in the weekend!)! Customer service reps went above and beyond to fix it. Best customer service ever!

Multiple orders over the past couple of years…. Never a problem and comfort and style suit us well!

These pants fit well, wear well, look sharp, wash and dry easily, pack nicely! I love them. I am older and find they are comfortable and nice looking for most any occasion. I have two pair and will surely buy more.

About 2 years ago I had ordered a similar pair from you in size S. I wanted as close to the same kind in an X-small. The ones I got do not have a warm enough lining. They fit well.
I want them to be warmer, similar to what I have.
I don't really care about pockets, nice touch.
Is there anything you can do about it? Exchange for a warmer pair in size X-small? Recommend with precise name, code number something that would work better? Or do I find another brand? I've been extensively using your brand.

This 1-star review stems from a frustrating return process. The products I tried were satisfactory, and the online ordering system worked well. However, compared to other companies offering seamless, free returns for clothing, this experience was disappointing. I ordered five shirts, but none fit properly. To return them, I had to fill out an online form and wait for approval, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, I was required to cover the return shipping costs, unlike many retailers that provide prepaid labels. After the company received the returned package, I waited 16 days without a refund and had to contact them again to prompt action. This left me questioning whether I would have received my refund at all without following up. Going forward, if I purchase Baleaf products, I’ll opt for Amazon, where returns are free, quick, and hassle-free.

Let me start by saying that I have become addicted to Baleaf clothes. I own shirts, jackets, lots of pants and just ordered 2 more this week. A pair of pants I ordered were out of stock and I need them for my trip to Scotland in a few weeks. Customer Service was very responsive and got another color shipped quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Good communication when I had a question and I love the swimsuit

This is by far the best customer service I have received from any company in long time. After receiving the wrong item in a package labelled correctly (honest mistake), the Baleaf staff was incredibly efficient, polite, and invested in making it right. The correct item was on its way before I knew it. Arjay and the other customer service reps are the best. This is on top of the quality items I always love!

Satisfying a customer who has shopped with this company many times in the past was a very positive thing! I appreciated their willingness to accommodate me in a timely fashion!

I have bought 2 pairs of shorts ever season for the last 3 years. They are well made and well priced. I've only had one issue and it was resolved immediately. Great company, great shorts.
