Bad customer service

I had a problem with one of the 4 pair of capris I bought. I contacted “customer service” several times and they just ignored me.

"Easy Returns" are a total scam

I have reached out to Baleaf five times in the last nine days in an attempt to get instructions to return two swimsuits. I bought four and planned to return those that didn't fit. I wrote Baleaf (as per their instructions) and received a very lengthy AI generated response asking if I would like to try another size. I wrote back and indicated that I was, in fact, keeping two items that fit, and no, I wanted instructions to make a return. I have now received the same AI email multiple times as well as other shorter emails letting me know my case is pending, but with no instructions or follow up. I would *NEVER* buy from this company again. The supposed easy returns are clearly a flagrant lie. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Excellent customer service

Though the excellent quality of the clothes that I ordered from Baleaf were not a good fit for me, I found the return process a bit cumbersome.
I would like to commend the company for their excellent communication and customer service in dealing with my issues. I especially want to thank Dhan and Jennilyn for their quick response to my emails and for finding a satisfactory solution . A company I highly recommend.

Fabric doesn’t hold up

Easy order and shipment was prompt. The fit of the capri pants was as described and very comfortable. However the fabric was very easily snagged and after first wearing both pairs have numerous spots where the material threads were pulled. Very disappointing and not a sturdy material at all.

Trouble getting a refund

Bought two items, did not care for the fabric. Those items were returned on Apirl 6th. Have email the company twice already and have not received my refuund.

Trixie resolved a problem that I had before I placed my order. Great job!

I called and spoke with Trixie about an order I was trying to place. It was my first order with Baleaf and I was unsuccessful in activating the promotional code for a first-time order discount. When I called Baleaf Customer Service, Trixie answered immediately, no delay or transfers to someone else. She listened to me and solved my problem over the phone with me. She is kind and professional and empowered to resolve my issue. Trixie took great care of me. She exemplifies how customer care is done!

Warning on returns/exchanges, it will cost you!

Warning that if you want to exchange an item, they do not accept exchanges and require you to pay $5 per item for any returns, even if you are intending to buy something else. Additionally, due to an error on their part they took nearly a week just to “approve” my return. They were unapologetic about the delay, even though they stated the return “approval” would take 1-3 days (it took 7). They were completely unwilling to work with me and said it’s their standard policy. They did not uphold their policy of 1-3 days, however they were unwilling to do anything to help me because “it’s their standard policy” to make you pay to return items and not offer any exchange options. This was incredibly disappointing after I spent a large amount of money on their clothing. Unless you know for a fact that the clothing will fit (which is impossible to know) then I wouldn’t order from this company unless you want to pay extra to return an unused item. Absurd.

Regarding exchanges, we no longer offer them because the process can take significantly more time—customers would need to return the item, wait for it to be received and processed, and only then would we ship the replacement. Instead, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size while returning the original item, as this is typically much faster overall.

We also understand your concerns about the return shipping fee. As a small company, this fee helps cover part of the return handling costs, but we recognize how this may feel disappointing.

That said, we’re truly committed to making this right. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at info@baleaf.com, and we’ll do our best to review your case and assist you further as quickly as possible.

Items missing from the order

Items missing from the order. Baleaf said they delivered the remaining order but did not. Further, there was no camera evidence to indicate that happened.

Ordered 3 items and still have only received one. The one item received was of poor quality material and way too big. I’ve requested a return and still have not received instructions to do so-even though they say I should have received them by now. And yes, it was not in my spam folder. Terrible experience and do not recommend.

Great customer service!

Knowledgeable and willing to spend time to ensure customer satisfaction ... Baleaf Sports should be glad to have him representing the company! I only wish the customer service folks at other companies were so easy to deal with. He understood my coupon issue, researched to get the information, then worked to get it resolved quickly. AND made it a pleasant experience for me. Thank you.

REturns and communication are shabby

The clothing is OK, lots of choices. The return process is a nightmare. When submitted, it takes more than 24 hours for them to "review" your return, before they will send approval and label. The process is awkward - you have to put bar code/label outside and inside. I returned two items, from two different orders, in the same envelope for efficiency -- and they refuse to give me full credit for one of them because the bar code was not on the outside of the envelope, despite it being attached to the item inside. Clearly not a customer-focused company.

Great Customer Service

I received very prompt polite and repeat messages in order to resolve my issue. The agent Dhan found a way to make sure I received the promotion I wanted and offered more help as needed.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. Despite repeated offers to refund my money because the pants were shorter than advertised, they have not performed and are notorious for failing to respond to my emails. (That's really sad, because other than the length being shorter than advertised, I really liked the product and anticipated being a long-time customer.)

Great running pants!

I bought tight running pants to go under my baleaf gym pants in the cold weather. They are well made as usual and work great.

Great service from Aaron in Customer Service

Facebook ad showed a BOGO code, but it didn't work, and I noted it in comment. Aaron from Customer Service contacted me and helped get the second free top. I figured out that there was a mistake in the code (darned 1 and l). That was really good service in a short amount of time. Thank you, Aaron! Now I hope the tops fit!
