Even if you escalate to Wecare you dont get reply ,there only focus is to sell anyhow and forget.

more than 5 calls in a day. hard sales. no matter how many time you say not interested, put me under DNC list, dont ever call me back again, they do call you and keep pestering you. you dare say no or take stand for yourself stating the same, they started using abusive langauge. always say curse words on call. and threaten for raping because me being a women not entertaining their call. no strcit TRAI rules are in india so they keep bully you.

If a client has been associated with you for many years and not a single EMI has ever bounced, and then after some years due to some reason one EMI gets delayed by just one day, you charge ₹500 as a bounce charge — then what is the benefit of using a Bajaj Finserv card for so many years?
This is my last product with Bajaj. After this, I will block my card.

Very worst application, can't apply personal loan and can't purchase through online always EMI card blocked and not payment update on time every time they are saying it will take 2 days and waste application on Google Play Store I am not recommended this application to buy products everytime need to visit shop then why this application is on Google Play Store and the EMI card was updating every payment was done after 2 days and in EMI card showing 1 eligible available balance to purchase but in the shop they are saying 60% 80% 100% days for each separate product like this people wants to buy means why should people wants EMI card from Bajaj Finance people don't use this application and please don't buy product through Bajaj Finserv recommended on hdb and TVS credit

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Bajaj Insurance
I rarely write public reviews, but after over a month of frustration, broken promises, and complete lack of accountability, I feel obligated to share my experience with Bajaj Insurance so others don’t go through the same ordeal.
What started as a simple request — changing travel dates and receiving a refund for the fare difference — has turned into an exhausting and unresolved issue. The refund has now been pending for more than a month.
Every time I followed up, a new ticket was created. Every single time, I was told the same thing: “It will be escalated within 24 hours.” And every single time, nothing happened.
No resolution.
No refund.
No proper response.
I escalated the matter directly to Mr. Goenka and Mr. Vincent, hoping senior intervention would finally bring accountability. Unfortunately, even they have remained unresponsive despite multiple emails. It is deeply disappointing to see such irresponsible behavior from individuals who are expected to handle escalations seriously.
The most frustrating part is not just the delay — it’s the false assurances and lack of transparency. Creating ticket after ticket without solving the issue feels like a tactic to buy time rather than actually help the customer.
This kind of service is unacceptable from a company that deals with something as important as travel insurance — where customers rely on timely support, especially during urgent situations.
I have maintained complete documentation of all communications and follow-ups. When a company pushes customers to the point of considering legal action just to receive a legitimate refund, it reflects a serious failure in customer service and internal processes.
If you are considering booking insurance with Bajaj, I strongly urge you to think twice. Customer service is tested when something goes wrong — and in my case, they failed completely.
I hope this review encourages the company to improve, but more importantly, I hope it helps other travelers make an informed decision.

Bajaj Finserv is worst .. they told me given me loan again in policy in 15 days..but last 9 months to I m in trouble condition they not answering the..in call and given false. Commentment every day..

And later they say only do loan for work visa holders upm on our followup. Scroundrels dont even know what is work visa and what is PR they only compare H1B. Dumb fellows dont waste your time to go through them
