I am Receiving promotional calls frequently
I have been receiving frequent promotional calls from your executives, which have caused
significant inconvenience and disturbance to my personal life and privacy.
On 31st August,2025 , I had clearly requested to remove my number from your calling list and to stop contacting me
for any marketing or promotional purposes. Despite my repeated requests, the calls have stopped for few days only
I mailed:
Today 13-11-2025 at 17:24, I received a call from your representative from mobile number 8586031720, regarding
Bajaj Finance offers. I clearly told her that I was not interested and requested not to be called again.
However, after about one hour, another person named Aakash called me from mobile number 9911043373, again for
similar promotional purposes.
These repeated calls have caused unnecessary disturbance and amount to harassment and violation of my privacy
rights. It also appears to be a breach of the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations
(TCCCPR), 2018, which prohibit unsolicited commercial communication to numbers registered under the DND (Do
Not Disturb) list or after express denial from the customer.
I hereby request you to instruct that:
Immediately stop all promotional or marketing calls, messages, and communications to my number 6005303261.
Take strict action against the executives responsible for ignoring my prior requests.

I am writing this review after an extremely distressing experience with Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance, particularly their claims department. My 75-year-old mother, Mrs. Norasteh Sardar, has a valid health policy along with a Health Prime Rider, yet her claims have been handled with gross negligence, zero medical understanding, and absolutely no sensitivity toward senior citizens.
Three separate claims that were medically necessary and fully documented were all wrongfully rejected, and the reasoning given is completely unacceptable:
Claim 08841187 (ECG & 2D Echo – ₹2,940) – rejected with the excuse that it was a “routine precautionary check-up.”
Claim 08825441 – rejected with the false reason of an “old prescription,” and now clubbed under routine check-up rejection.
Claim 08841873 (₹6,890) – rejected even after submitting a fresh prescription issued before the tests, still dismissed under “routine precautionary check-up / preventive health check-up not covered.”
The claims team has now stated that all three claims have been rejected because they consider them ‘routine precautionary checkups’ and claim that preventive health check-ups are not covered under the policy — despite clear medical advice from the doctor, detailed clinical notes, fluctuating medical levels, and a clear history of hypertension, hyperuricemia, UTI, bariatric surgery, and a family history of heart disease and cancer.
My mother is 75 years old and requires regular monitoring to prevent serious complications. These tests were not optional, not cosmetic, and not lifestyle-related. They were medically indicated to ensure her safety and prevent hospitalization — the very purpose of having a Health Rider.
This experience has highlighted:
A disturbing lack of medical literacy
Failure to read prescriptions and reports
Reckless dismissal of medically advised tests
Zero compassion or sensitivity towards a senior citizen
Violation of IRDAI norms on fair claims processing
If Bajaj Allianz refuses claims for medically necessary tests prescribed for a 75-year-old high-risk patient, then what exactly is this insurance worth?
This repeated harassment, misinformation, and arbitrary rejection has eroded all trust.
I strongly urge others to think twice before relying on Bajaj Allianz for elderly parents or high-risk family members.
Deeply disappointed and mentally exhausted by this experience.

Pestering and petty company
Once you take their service, they pester you via calls - a minimum of 4-5 calls and a maximum of 10 calls a day to take more loans. Bajaj Finance are CROOKS! Paying via Credit Card would have costed lesser. They don't tell you the complete information (hidden charges). They don't know any other language other than Kannada. Such an annoying company, I tell you! If I get another call from them, I'll take them to Customer Consumer Court.
Once they have your number
Once they have your number , they will keep harassing you by calling 10-15 times a day . Even when you don't want a loan. And you refuse them , they will keep harassing you in middle of work to take loans.

If you can, avoid EMIs
Bajaj Finserv, or more commonly, Bajaj Finance is a company designed to loot unwary consumers. First of all, they will add exorbitant costs if you buy anything through their EMI network. Expect to pay Rs 700+ on a 15k Mobile phone bought on EMI at any store. Next time if you go any purchase anything else again, then again they will add some extra money for nothing. In my research, I found, they have retailer commissions, which they will get from you. On top of that, there will be one time registration fees for availing heir EMI card services, which, unfortunately you cannot opt out. Then, for the date, they will automatically set an EMI date. Now the thing is, someone gets their salary on 1st of every month, some on 5th, some on 10th, especially in the private sector. There should be some adjustments for the Date, as if the EMI bounces, then, the customer will be responsible for the Late Fine. So, if the customer is held responsible then he MUST have a say on the repayment date. So, there must be adjustments and pre-payments customizes to the customers benefit. But, no, it’s not there. I don’t get my salary on 1st of every month but my EMI date is 2nd of every month. Now I must have time until midnight to credit my bank account at any moment from my own personal funds. Their software must keep tracking for EMI deduction until midnight. But no, if I don’t credit it by midnight of 1st of every month, then, by 12:01 AM I am fined for nothing, but the EMI date is 2nd! This severely has severely impacted my CIBIL score for nothing and I am very very very angry with this. On top of it, all their so called branches are filled with rude, impolite and arrogant employees who knows nothing on how Bajaj Finance works. This company is so vey pathetic, that I would have given a zero star.
Bajaj Finserv - Fraudulent OD Loans
Bajaj Finserv has a very misleading fraudulent over draft loan practice. The sales people are duping hard earned money of Indian middle class people with fake promises like 0% charges on insurance, processing fees, annual maintenance charges and pre-closure fees etc. They will trap you into taking more amount then what you ask and when the OD fees/charges becomes high, they will promise to give you Amazon vouchers to compensate for the OD charges. But they will never come and the sales people will stop responding to your calls and messages once you are done taking the loan. They do not deliver on the promises and trap you into taking huge loans with misleading information and false promises. I am one of the victims. Do not trust even a single word Bajaj Finserv people advertise. Be careful and do not listen to their sales team members who call you.

Whenever govt increased loan intrest rate , bajaj increased the rate for both the loans but when govt decreased the loan rate, thye smartly decreased the rate only for homeloan but not for topup. When I have tried to close the loan they have shown there true color.

Myself Kiran from Bangalore. I bought mobile phone on emi from bajaj finserv emi card. An emi was delayed for few days. An ugly looking emi due screen appeared. I could not navigate my phone from that screen. The collection executive started calling multiple times and started abusing me. He once message me saying " if you can't afford it then handover the phone ". The collection executives are literally goons. I made the emi payment. Its been 6 days now, the disgusting emi due screen still there. Collection people are still calling me. I have now made my mind that I will foreclose my loan at the earliest and get rid of bajaj finserv emi card. I will never buy anything from bajaj finserv. Most annoying and disgusting company. I have even lost interest in my new phone. I may eventually sell it off at cashify and remove the bloody memories associated with this deal.

Bajaj finance agents call multiple times a day, they use extremely abusive and vulgar language if you refuse to take loan from them, and will harrass you from multiple numbers. On reporting, Bajaj finance will simply decline the company ever made any call.

Bajaj for home loan is the worst nightmare. Never ever use Bajaj for home loan especially if you are an NRI customer.
After providing all the required docutemnts , it took 6 months for Bajaj to disburse the final amount. Since i was in a totally different time zone, i had to follow up with them like hell during my time time.
They gave a lot of false promises at the beginning that we have earned 75 years of trust bla bla..Our service is top notch bla bla.. Never ever believe them. Thats a trap.
The worst part is i am unable to acces the online portal even after 6 months of my disbursement. I kept sending 10/15 emails calls, no reponse back. I am unable to pay any additional amount since i cant access the portal. This is so true if you a NRI customer.
I had a taken a home laon with ICICI earlier . Even that time i was still an NRI. it was so smooth. No head ache at all. All idiots works in Bajaj.
I have no experience with other home loan, but please stay away from Bajaj. It will be a nightmare.
