⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Bajaj Insurance

I rarely write public reviews, but after over a month of frustration, broken promises, and complete lack of accountability, I feel obligated to share my experience with Bajaj Insurance so others don’t go through the same ordeal.

What started as a simple request — changing travel dates and receiving a refund for the fare difference — has turned into an exhausting and unresolved issue. The refund has now been pending for more than a month.

Every time I followed up, a new ticket was created. Every single time, I was told the same thing: “It will be escalated within 24 hours.” And every single time, nothing happened.

No resolution.
No refund.
No proper response.

I escalated the matter directly to Mr. Goenka and Mr. Vincent, hoping senior intervention would finally bring accountability. Unfortunately, even they have remained unresponsive despite multiple emails. It is deeply disappointing to see such irresponsible behavior from individuals who are expected to handle escalations seriously.

The most frustrating part is not just the delay — it’s the false assurances and lack of transparency. Creating ticket after ticket without solving the issue feels like a tactic to buy time rather than actually help the customer.

This kind of service is unacceptable from a company that deals with something as important as travel insurance — where customers rely on timely support, especially during urgent situations.

I have maintained complete documentation of all communications and follow-ups. When a company pushes customers to the point of considering legal action just to receive a legitimate refund, it reflects a serious failure in customer service and internal processes.

If you are considering booking insurance with Bajaj, I strongly urge you to think twice. Customer service is tested when something goes wrong — and in my case, they failed completely.

I hope this review encourages the company to improve, but more importantly, I hope it helps other travelers make an informed decision.

Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I don't recommend this course

I don't recommend this course. Rather then learning its more like pushing you to complete the course. The final portfolio is done by the peers (student like you). After the outcome they dont give you chnace to work and improve rather they just make it the final descision.

I had tried multiple course with diffierent provider, where they give feedback & you can wprk on it & resubmit your work. This should be the actual process of learning where you know where to improve & rwork on that.

Sorry to say but I found the main focus is 6 weeks completion & start the next batch.

Love the shoes

Love the shoes. Great in looks as well as quality. I was worried if I get shoe bite but it was very comfortable
