My Babyliss Big Hair tool had stopped rotating when blow drying my hair, they are sending me a replacement machine. I am so happy as this is my favourite hair tool. Babyliss, Inka at customer services in particular was absolutely fantastic. I am super pleased with the customer service I have received. Fast response and a good response. My straighteners kept cutting out after having them for three years. They were still under warentee so I contacted customer services. They agreed to send me a new set. This set had a design issue where the buttons are protruding and placed higher up round the top which resulted in accidently turning the heating up or switching them off. I had to place my fingers further down the handle away from the buttons which meant I couldn't grip the straighteners properly. Added to this the straighteners were very hot on the outside to the point where if they touched my neck or ear for a second they were burning my skin. I explained this and sent photos. The button issue was never addressed but the straightners were recalled for testing. I have received an email saying they are heating up correctly and they have immediately been returned to me. I cannot use this product as I do not want to continue to burn my neck and ear and I cannot hold them correctly without turning them off or up. If I bought this set I would be returning them. As it is I've had this set forced on me and I dont want a problematic set.

I purchased Babyliss hair straighteners from Amazon about a year ago which developed a fault. I contacted Babyliss customer service to see if they could be repaired or replaced. They answered my call quickly and I spoke to Francesca who was wonderfully pleasant, polite and apologetic. She took down a few details and sent me an email with some queries I needed to respond to. She contacted me a few days later to say that because the fault was not repairable she had sent a brand new pair of replacement straightners to my address, which arrived very quickly. I'm very satisfied!

I spoke to customer service as I had a problem with my BABYLISS gas tongs. They could not have been more helpful when I explained my problem. Within a few days they sent me an e.mail saying they were happy to send some new Tongs. Thank you BABYLISS for your very helpful Customer Service.

I had a problem with my tongs, they replied very quickly and I was given info to send to them. They replied to this again very quickly and the outcome was very satisfactory. Very polite and efficent.

The Babyliss hairdryer purchased as a Christmas gift in December 2025, had lost power and was stuck on one setting. I contacted Babyliss Customer Services and Francesca helpful, professional and friendly. The issue was resolved under warranty. This was reported on 6th Sept and I received a replacement hairdryer on the 10th. The service I received was excellent.Thankyou!

Problem sorted quickly- Had a problem with the brushes I bought to blow dry my hair and contacted customer services- I was delighted to receive two new brushes in the post. Thank you!

This Bsbyliss true smooth rechargeable lady shave was bought from Argos in July, but I’ve only just stated to use it as I intended on taking it away for holiday use. I’m so glad I tried it out first. It’s not slinky smooth at all, it’s awful absolutely awful. I’ve tried it twice now and it rips my under arm to bits, leaving red welts on my skin where it’s literally scrapped the top layer off, it’s so painful and sore.
I will stick to the razor in future.

Only had my straighteners for a couple of months, they became faulty. After a few pictures and some information, had an email to say they are replacing them free of charge. 😊

I recently had an issue with a shaver that had been purchased around a year ago. The shaver just stopped charging and I was unable to return it to the shop.

After making contact with Babyliss direct, they happily replaced the shaver altogether!

The communication between myself and the agent was seamless and I was delighted with the result.
