Wrong color but he loves it
Love the baby k tan so I decided to order one for my husband. Luckily he’s not a picky person. I specifically ordered black and was sent a denim blue k tan. Thank you guys for allowing men to even be able to use this carrier. Very satisfied customer

So far my experience hasn't been great
So far my experience hasn't been great. I have not received my Baby K'tan. The status in my "Shop" app says "Order Placed" and has not changed since I placed my order on March 1st. I received an email yesterday from the company saying my order has been filled but I still haven't gotten the product. I have called customer service twice and sent emails about my order status and no one has gotten back to me. I wouldn't make another purchase from this company again. Its not worth the hassle.

It doesn’t fit. Both of them are to small the candy and the small the size calculator said I was a small but the both feel to tight on my boobs and a bit short. My little guy doesn’t like them either I feel like I waisted my money.

Super sweet gift!
I was super excited to purchase the garden floral Baby K'tan wrap for a family member as a gift for her newborn. The staff was super helpful & knowledgeable answering a couple questions I had. The site, very easy to navigate. Alot of options, colors and styles. The new Mother LOVES her baby wrap. It's unique and affordable. I'd give them one star if I could
I'd give them one star if I could. I registered for a wrap and got one...in a size too small. I contacted the company to ask for a direct exchange, just a size bigger. The box/ wrap were brand new, never opened and never worn. They refused, told me to sell it on marketplace and gave me a 20% off coupon. I will be buying Boba Wraps from now on.

Hi JB, We generally have you make the exchange with the retailer where the carrier was purchase. This is the most cost effective way for you to receive the correct size carrier. Since this was purchased from your registry, you should make the exchange using this channel. Most registry-retailers make it easy-peasy! Looking over the correspondence, I see that you were sent the RMA for the exchange and that hubby emailed saying that it would be delivered a few days ago (2-26), which it was. The exchange was quickly processed within 1 days of receiving it. You should have received an email with the tracking information from FedEx. (This could have landed in your spam folder. ) I also see that an email was sent directly to your husband with tracking information too! The exchange was sent FedEx Express...you will be wearing your little one soon, I promise and happy babywearing! xo

Took a very long time to ship
Took a very long time to ship. When I contacted the company, they said there was an error and they would overnight it and throw in ‘extras’ for the time it took. Another week passed before it arrived. They included a pacifier holder. All in all- well over a month to receive. I do like the product, but the delivery and customer service are not great.

Hi Darina, We are so sorry there was a delay in you receiving your order. Sometimes delivery service is delayed, which is out of our control once it leaves the warehouse. I see that the first order was shipped but never able to track. This order may eventually show up. We quickly re-processed and shipped the order again., once we were informed. This was shipped FedEx EXPRESS and unfortunately delayed due to the bad weather the US was experiencing. Carrying on a Family Tradition
I bought a baby k'tan for myself when I was pregnant with my daughter 11 years ago and it became my favorite baby item I owned in my daughter's first year of life. So naturally when my baby sister told me she was pregnant with her first daughter I knew that this would be one item I purchased for her and my baby niece. She has received it and loves using with her newborn baby. Thanks for being such a great company and consistently making a product that makes caring for an infant so much easier! The Baby K'tan makes baby wearing accessible and safe for all moms and dads.

I love my K'tan
I love my K'tan! It is so easy to use and portable. I've used other carriers in the past, but this is my favorite by far! I little one is only 3 months old, so I'm hoping this will last awhile.
