Also really appreciate the customer service--I had accidentally ordered the wrong style of caboose and they sent me the caboose I intended to buy free of charge, without having to return the original item I was sent. Will purchase from them in the future!

Thank you again for your review. We’ve located your order and want to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Could you please clarify the following so we understand exactly what happened?
• Regarding the colors — did the train arrive with all letters in the same color, or were you expecting them to be the same color?
• For the gift message — was it missing entirely, or was something incorrect?
If possible, a quick photo would help us identify the issue right away.
Once we have this, we’ll take care of a solution promptly.
Best regards,
Alphabet Trains & Toys
Perfect for Christmas
It was just what I was looking for, and arrived super fast. My granddaughter wanted a train with her name, just like her brother's. Alphabet trains had the best price and a super quick shipping.

Thank you so much for your review and for appreciating the quality of your custom item! 😊 We’re delighted to hear it met your expectations once it arrived. Because each piece is handmade and personalized, our checkout page and confirmation email note the 8–12 week crafting period before shipping. We completely understand that waiting can feel long, and truly appreciate your patience while we create each item with care.
We’re so glad you love your order and hope it brings joy for years to come! 💛
Disappointed
You unnecessarily repeated a color of one of the letters in the name I ordered. The train was supposed to have had six letters -- rainbow -- and an engine and a caboose. I asked for an exchange of one letter and the response was "NO!"

Hi Marilynn,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment with your Name Train order. We’d like to clarify how our colors work so other customers also understand: our Name Trains come in six colors, and while we always make sure no two adjacent letters are the same color, it’s not possible to guarantee that every single letter will be a unique color. This is because two of the colors are produced in smaller quantities, so in some cases, one color may appear more than once within a name.
When you reached out, we explained this policy and offered a full refund if you preferred to return the train. We understand you were hoping for a simple letter exchange instead, but because of shipping and production costs, an exchange for a single letter isn’t practical on our end.
We want every customer to love their order, so we regret that this solution didn’t work for you. Your feedback has been noted, and we’ll continue to review ways to make our product information clearer so expectations are set before ordering.
Thank you again for sharing your experience.

Great Quality!
The alphabet train was exactly what I expected and exactly how I remembered seeing it years ago. Great quality and just an all around great gift. I will be purchasing again I’m sure!

Can I pick the colors next time?
Great quality. I bought this one to match my older child’s train. My only complaint is that I got two letters in the same color. It is a 5 letter name so I would have appreciated five different colors. I received two blue a’s.

Personal name coat hanger is great!
Very nicely crafted coat hanger with a personalized name! Although it took a bit long to receive, I did not see any issues or imperfections with what I got so the wait was worth it!
