I ordered two times from them. The 1st time, one of the orders was damaged, and they refunded its price after emailing them the pictures. Which was a plus point that made me order again because I felt they were honest.
The 2nd time was worse. Many of the items weren't as ordered. I chose them because they have halal options, but some items received were non-halal alternatives.
When I emailed them again two times with the pictures ( the phone simply doesn't go through) and asked for an exchange, they offered a refund instead. I was happy with that, but they ended up sending a partial refund. Upon emailing them again, they simply ignored me.
Additionally, the prices are 5-10 % higher than most halal shops in Liverpool or Manchester.

The products I ordered did not arrive for 4 days and no one contacted me. Even though I sent an e-mail, I could not get a response again. I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved

I purchased online in the past from their website, and although it had some minor problems, it sort of worked.

Marked orders as "replace items if not in stock", which always got ignored and ended up getting a refund.

Recently, they changed the "requirements", which means that the basket needs to have HMC products over 50 pounds.
This is ridiculous, as they only have 5 HMC products. I don't want to buy £50 of the same thing.

They are ruining what was once a good thing with this pathetic requirement.

I purchased what was advertised as Puy Lentils and as these are French designation of origin controlled (AOC), I expected them to be from Le Puy- en- Velay in France but they've not, they were grown in Canada and therefore should not be sold as Le Puy

Aytac are brilliant. Go to place for huge range. I buy the Turkish Delight regularly and have now discovered the ground coffee which is great! Qucik delivery and well packaged. Occasionally they will throw in a freebie like dried pineapple chunks!!

Very poor customer service. My emails haven't been replied to. I've tried phoning but get disconnected. One item at least has been out of stock for many months. Very disappointing.

So happy with the packaging our food was kept cold in the cool bag the ice pack was still frozen 👍 considering we live outside of London.
