Parcel arrived damaged and wet with one item missing!!

No explanation was given as to why it was missing and no refund was made.

I called them but they don’t answer.

Terrible service.

Just received my second order from Aytac l can't understand the previous reviews.My experience has been really good there were some damaged items in my first delivery not there fault badly damaged box once told they sent replacement out straight away.One item short in second delivery very quick reply to email and item refunded same day so am very happy with service and there products are great and a very good price.So overall one very happy customer.l would not be put off by previous feedback.

Made an order on 1st July 2026, still yet to have any confirmation of shipping and no correspondence has been acknowledged. Terrible customer service and so far this company has had £50 of my money and not provided any products

I have made with them shopping, they was saying delivery in 2 -3 days but i waited over week to delivery arrive and 1 item was missing I ask by email then they say item was out of stock , why you not telling customer that item is out of stock if I not ask you was not going to send information about it, then my refund im waiting, they told me 3-5 days will refund is already gone 5 days still I have not received refund, I have to contact again this time person who was dealing in this case gone of sick apology we sending now , you are not trusted company!!

I received my order but 4 items are missing even though the order status shows everything was shipped.

Once again placed an order for it to be dispatched within 3 days and delivered the following day. Genuinely stumped at other reviews.

I placed an order and waited for 9 days, no delivery. I called them to be told that they did not dispatch my order because they were short staffed. I now need to wait another 8 days to get my money back.It is unacceptable!! I was completely let down by Aytac Food.

dont use this company, late delivery with blown products. do not buy!!!

I bought a pack of Black Beluga Lentils as A aladas asvad then I socked in water for cooking and shocked all black colour has gone and green mung came up.

While We waited for delivery information, they cancelled order after 5 days once i mailed them to ask status my order.

order delivered but after unpacking 1 jar was smashed,their customer service is very bad i want a full refund,their drivers dont take care with customers orders,i have emailed them 5 times to report this with photos no one still no reply

I have heard that Aytac repackages and sells expired products. I have experienced this with many products I have purchased and again I accidentally purchased one of their products. The smell was so bad and the taste was so disgusting that it compelled me to write this review. I call on the British Food Authority to take action on this issue. You can't fool people and sell poor quality and expired products. There is not even an expiry date on the packaging. You can't be this reckless.

I wouldn’t say all of your products are all bad. However, I emailed you regarding the walnuts, and no one responded. The quality was truly awful.

If you’re comfortable leaving your customers dissatisfied, then by all means, continue this way.

I placed an order on the 8th December 2024. I received my order on the 12th of December. The total amount of my order was £121.75 but I only received £60.12 worth of my order, I was automatically refunded £21.26 but there is a short fall of £40.33 worth of items.

I have sent 4 very detailed separate messages to Aytac Foods on their e-commerce site but I am still being ignored. I do not understand how a company takes payment for goods but does not provide the items purchased then ignores the customer.

Shopping on line is a life line for me as a disabled person.

This is the fist company I have encountered this kind of service where they don't even have a telephone number to call them on. I am now at the stage where I will contact my card provider to get my money back but more so I am very upset and disappointed that my order of food was not delivered and I am being treated in such away. I have made the order on 6th Mar and recieved the package today 12th Mar so no 2 days delivery as calculated when I ordered. Very few information to get about the order or the process needs to be improved.
Like you have download another app to track your delivery in order to receive the same message the order has been processed.
About the order nothing is the same as in the pictures like I picked the glass jar sweetcorn and received a tin one(don't know if it is a cheaper replacement or else) with no explanation. or all the Colonge bottles have different headlids and difficult to store them. And no information about the replacements. right now I can only thing that what I pick from the store will be a wild card what I will get.

Good products reasonably priced. There were some issues with the order but customer service was excellent and quickly provided a solution.

All of their foods are shi(e)t. I do not understand how they managed to get all the shi(e)t food in one place and named it Aytac. Over the years I did buy food branded Aytac everytime the item was not good at all. Recently i gave them another chance and bought one of their meat product only because non of the other brands available and that turned to be shi(e)t as well. I will take the rest of the items back.

Almost 2 years to respond. You're not exactly 'on the ball Aytac'.
