Good system
Good system, easy to set up (although had to go online for more detailed information) so maybe leaflet with the product could be a bit more informative for not technically minded people like me!!. Working well and looking forward to the products produced.

Excellent products and super speedy…
Excellent products and super speedy next day delivery, I purchased the 47l reservoir with integrated lid and stand, plus a tap. This size and shape of the reservoir will be perfect for a compact water butt on a front facing gutter downpipe, (where a conventional sized water butt would be unsightly).

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. As a company, I am happy to return for future purchases and would recommend to friends and family. Very engaging with their customers with great communication from ordering to follow up calls. I've recently demonstrated the system to some fellow growers and they were just as surprised as I am with it. The AutoPot 4Pot is simple yet very smart (gravity feed with NO electrics - that's a Win Win for me) and reasonable priced and will pay for itself in the long run. Once dialed in, it works a treat, taking away the mundane tasks of hand / hose watering and guess work of whether the plant(s) / garden requires watering or not. The components that makes up the system is of good quality build, albeit, some of the 9mm fittings are delicate so worth stocking up on spares in the event of any breakages (these replacement fittings won't break the bank). Wish I've known about this system earlier.

Excellent system
Excellent system, is clever and to the point. Good quality materials and the price is fair. I had a faulty connector, contacted the guys at autopot, customer service was quick in the response to my email, and a replacement was sent in the post in just a couple of days.
Cannot fault them. My plants are very happy too 😁😁

20+ year Autopot user
Been using various Autopot systems for over 20 years now. Excellent products and they keep innovating, which is greatly appreciated.
I now live in Asia and their regional website is pretty terrible. This is one area where they need to improve.
