One of the worst useless customer services I've ever used.
Dealt with several people who literally spoke to me like they were in a bar fight.
Immature and childish responses with atrocious over exaggerated accents.
Seriously ,I recorded one of them was such a joke .
An Embarrassment they are to themselves and the company.
Like ringing a 1850 skangers hotline.
Classless.

Waiting nearly 4 weeks for replacement glass with no car. Absolutely do no go here. Disgraceful service giving you fake promises every single day ! What shambles of a business if you can call it one !!!!! How they are still in business I do not know

They took 5 days to get out to me. Absolutely joke. I live in Dublin City centre

Time wasters

Autoglass came out to fix my back rear view window and end up getting glass caught up in my booth lock now my is unable to open and they said they will not come out out and fix cause its not there fault wich I paid 400 euro cash to fix very unprofessional

If I could give a zero, I would.
I can’t say whether the service to replace a cracked window was good or bad as I haven’t been lucky enough to have gotten to that stage yet.
It has been more than two months since I made contact.
My real problem is the lack of contact and accessing there contact centre.
If you want to call them ten times a day, you will have to endure 1.5 to 2 mins of jargon before anyone answers every time. I was told they would call me back. They didn’t.
Then i was left hanging for 7 mins whilst they checked where my glass was.
I can’t understand their aversion to contacting their customers. It would save so much pain.
I will not ever be going back there

I have windscreen replaced on my BMW this morning in Clonee. The guy came as he said. He knew what he was doing. Answered all my questions politely. Replaced the screen and everything that was attached before he started. He even hoovered the front of the car, what I did not expect at all. Quick, clean and professional. I had to wait one week for appointment. The screen quality is like original, can not see the difference. Very good job. Thank you

Horrific customer service
Didn't even get as far as getting the window fixed. Rang as instructed by my insurance. After a stupid amount of auto messages got to talk to some girl that could barely speak English, couldn't tell me where my nearest work shop was, but gave me the number. Turns out they are nowhere near where I am located so they told me to call Allglass back. Rang again. Got another idiot who told me I had to ring my insurance company to book an appointment. WRONG That is your job. Said she would take my details (reluctantly). At that stage told her I would just go to another company as I appeared to be inconveniencing her. Unbelievably bad service. DONT GO NEAR THEM!
***UPDATE. Just got off the phone with Mr. Windscreen. 100 times better customer service and sorted in less than 10 minutes.

Bad customer service and cheeky staff members. Still waiting on a call back over 2.5 weeks ago and since then I can’t get through to them . Why are they still being used by insurers?

I booked & paid for my windscreen replacement on the 1st July. I was told that I would be emailed the confirmation but no receipt or confirmation was received after nearly 2 weeks. I have emailed & phoned several times, twice have gotten through to a receptionist who can't access the booking information & says somebody will call back but they haven't. Once somebody in bookings answered & wouldn't give me the information as they said the original person would have to contact me back. My CVRT is due in 2 days & no confirmation regarding the replacement. I have emailed customer services twice & no response. I am going to contact my insurer to see if they can sort an alternative. Shoddy customer service beyond belief. When you phone up up it says you are number 1 in the queue, the phone rings & nobody answers or says leave a message........

Update 3rd August
I was promised fitting on the 16th July but no contact received for the appointment & no contact since then to arrange a windscreen replacement. As advised by others, go to a local glass replacement company & contact your insurance company to alert them to the horrendous customer service from Autoglass

I rang in the afternoon and had my windscreen fitted by the next morning. A lovely man called Martin replaced my window, sanitised my car and keys before returning them to me, and even fitted my NCT/Tax/Insurance certs in a new holder. Really happy with the service from start to finish and would recommend to others.

I rang them in May. I had a small scratch on the window. They told me that they will ring me back. They lied. My insurance got renewed in November and I got a stone into the windscreen and rang them again and they told me that I might not be covered by the insurance as the original scratch was done in May. They told me they will ring on the same day to confirm but they lied again. Rang them again today as they did not bother.

I have an appointment for today, I have now phoned in THREE times, waited over six minutes each time for the call to be answered, for some unprofessional, unhelpful person to answer, promising a return call still NOTHING!!!!

I have just called in now as I came to work today especially so they could do my windscreen and I advised them I need to leave by 2pm. Now someone just hung up on me

Liberty General Insurance not sure why they are your recommended supplier, reflects BADLY on YOU!

Excellent service,no delay in response to my call.Very pleasant & professional fitter. Recommend this company highly.
