My experience was great
My experience was great. I was unsure at first if this was the right thing to do. I was concerned that I would arrive at my destination and my case would not be there.
However, my suitcase was picked up on time and it was there on arrival. I had to wait a long time for my case but I think that was because it went on first, so last off!!
Other than that the service was good and I would definitely use it again.

Late collection, wrong baggage tags, terrible AI customer service
Book a one hour premium time slot. The driver is late so we wrap up the process 26 minutes after the 1 hour slot concluded - so I miss my onward travel. Of course I understand traffic etc is beyond their control, but then you are paying for a premium service you do not get. The driver scans and takes photos of our travel class and executive club membership to ensure the bags are tagged with priority tags. The bags are of course not tagged correctly, causing a 50 minute delay upon arrival... Try to reach out to help; requires multiple instances of resubmission because it is all triaged by AI - put the booking reference in the form submission - asked what is the booking reference on the next email. 3 separate emails including asking for my name and email address, despite the conversation being on email... using my name... Finally get a human and they ignore the tagging issue and my request for compensation entirely. Just so frustrating from start to finish - for a service that intends to make your life easier, it does the complete opposite.

Great communication through booking to them checking us in.
Great value and ease of process.
They check you in so no need for long queues at check-in, which there were when we entered the airport
Just go straight to departures.
Would highly recommend and will use again.
