Speaker casing so cheap it distorts the sound. Tweeter fell out mid gig literally snap off the plastic and fell into the housing. The return form took 2 weeks to send luckily i paid through paypal and registered a complaint 2 days later i was issued a return form.Wish I could upload the video showing how bad they are.

Ho acquistato diversi loro prodotti perché tra quelli di pari categoria Auna offre di più e ne è la prova la mia ultima esperienza con una cassa acustica portatile che ha avuto per ben due volte lo stesso problema, con il microfono radio malfunzionante. L'azienda mi ha da prima sostituto il prodotto a loro carico e poi al ripresentarsi del problema ritirato il prodotto e rimborsato. Mai avuto una esperienza così da aziende più blasonate a livello di visibilità, il servizio clienti gentilissimo e tutta la procedura veramente semplice. Complimenti vivissimi per la gestione.

Ich hatte zu meinem Auna Soundchef-Küchenradio einen passenden Tablethalter bestellt, allerdings schickte man mir eine andere Version als die welche auf der Amazon (und sonstwo)-Homepage angeboten wird, die Halterung nur für die Wand lag bei, aber nicht für das Radio.
Leider wird vom Marketplacehändler der auch gleichzeitig der Hersteller ist der falsche Artikel versendet, selbst als ich Beweise schickte das ein anderer Artikel verschickt wird (2 Versuche hat der Händler/Hersteller von mir bekommen) wurde gesagt man habe keine weiteren Informationen und man bot mir Rückerstattung gegen Rückversand an. Rückerstattung erfolgte nicht, obwohl mir gesagt wurde man hätte seit 1 Woche erstattet (und dann wurde Seitens des Händlers/Herstellers das Ticket geschlossen und sämtliche Kommunikation eingestellt) musste Amazon einschalten, dessen Kundenservice mir bestätigte das nicht erstattet wurde, Amazon hat das dann für mich händisch manuell in die Wege geleitet.

Ein Beschwerdebrief vom 25.3. an Auna blieb bisher auch unbeantwortet.

Das ein Hersteller falsche Ware verschickt, und es nicht kappiert das hier was schiefläuft selbst nach Hinweis ist schon ein krasser Hohn!

Ordered £350 speakers which the courier couldn’t find on their system requested a refund and I am still waiting 4 weeks on!!! would stay clear and order from local company as it’s more hassle for the savings that are involved…

Kauft hier bloß nichts!

Paypal eingeschaltet und nun bietet mir diese Firma eine Erstattung in Höhe von 30€ an wenn ich den Artikel zurücksende, habe aber 127,70€ bezahlt!

Ordered item twice and twice received an email cancelling the order as they had a 'system error'
Phoned the company and no reply. Just on hold for four minutes before automated response asking how the phone call went and to give a rating 1-5.
A complete waste of my time attempting to order!!!

Auna wh 600 nach 2 Jahren u 2 Monaten kaputt obwohl kaum benutzt.. kurz nach dem Ende der Gewährleistung. Die Boxen liefen nur auf Zimmerlautstärke u wurden höchstens 40x genutzt. Sie wurden auch nie umgestellt… eine ist nun komplett tot u macht keinen Mucks mehr.. Was für eine schlechte Qualität.

Considering this is sold with a co.uk website address pretty crap that it came with an EU 2 pin plug.
Item was delayed in transit.
The volume control on front of hifi doesn't work at all, have to use the remote.
Have contacted Auna about it but what a surprise.... No response.

Update.....
Finally got a response from auna after sending evidence the equipment is faulty.
They offered me 20 euros and told me 'take it somewhere and get it repaired' !!

Refused this and told them I want a replacement but I stead of that they have offered a refund of £35.

Seems they prefer to haggle over how much compensation to give rather than just replace their own faulty items.

This is easily one of the worst companies I have dealt with.

You have been warned.

I was rather concerned after seeing the other reviews! However, I purchased the Glastonbury DAB radio / CD player as it was on sale and I couldn’t find anything comparable in design, especially at this price point. Delivery was quick and problem free and the items works perfectly. Impressed with the sound and build quality, Bluetooth functionality seamless and good signal for radio. Pleased with my purchase, would recommend.

Ho acquistato un amplificatore a valvole Amp VT e un paio di casse da pavimento line 300...nonostante il mio scetticismo visto il prezzo modesto in realta' suonano in modo spettacolare e l'amplificatore e' veramente eccellente.
Rapporto prezzo prodotto oltre le aspettative!! Veramente ottimo..ne sono entusiasta.
Consiglio vivamente.

Terrible I brought 2 large speakers there all broken I have emailed loads of time never got back to me

I have read so many bad reviews about there speakers. My wife bought me a pair and yes they took a couple of weeks to deliver but that's not surprising as they came from Germany. They came well packaged with no marks on them whatsoever. Set them up and they sound awesome nice bass with perfect clarity. I have no complaints at all. At the price I am more than surprised. I am happy with what I got delivered so thank you.

Don't order on this site, it says .co.uk but is actually shipped from Germany. Item is faulty, I wrote to them and never got a reply so instead I asedk for a return, It was accepted but I never received the label. Customer service is chaotic, they said they are changing system and we should expect delays in response but sending marketing emails is still functioning well ! Don't be fooled by cheap price, you get what you paid for.. cheap product and chaotic customer service. Much better UK shops to buy your Hifi products from

Zero stars been waiting on a returns label for over a weeks now after you accepted my return so people be warned you won't get your money back and the crap they send out to you is cheap Chinese crap

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. RIP OFF, SCAM COMPANY!!!! Bought early for Christmas present. Still not delivered, no way to contact customer service. Very upset as this is a present for my daughter who will likely now go without.

Gerät bei Auna bestellt, 3Tage später bekommen und am selben Tag wieder zurück gesendet.
Sc......s Laden, bzw wie ich hier nochmals bestätigt bzw. zu lesen bekommen habe.

!Die Totale Katastrophe!

Gibt es für solche Firmen eine Existenzberechtigungs Nachweis?
Man sollte sie umgehend Einziehen.

Die LAN Schnittstelle ist keine WLan bzw WiFi Schnittstelle.
Nur mal so nebenbei erwähnt, bei Technics gibts das selbe Gerät CD Radio 143 mit LAN Schnittstelle.

I ordered a subwoofer from them several weeks ago. No issues with the delivery however I needed to return the item and that's where the problems started. The company appear to be uncontactable. I tried filling in a Broken online form for a delivery label - no response. I tried contacting their customer support - no response. I've also tried calling but the phone just goes dead and cuts you off. Really poor customer service - avoid.
