Part was in stock and dispatched quickly. The local dealership in Stockport missed out to Arnold Clark because they did not respond to a parts query. Pricing was competitive.

I gave 4 stars because everything was…
I gave 4 stars because everything was sorted at the end. First they sent me wrong car mats. Ordered for CHERY and received BYD mats. And staff at Arnold Clark refused to change them and blamed me for ordering wrong ones. Even on the order form and invoice they sent me clearly stated CHERY TIGGO 8 PHEV 2025-onwards. And what I received BYD MATS. After 10 plus emails and call to my credit card issuer finally a clever person at Arnold Clark realised that was their fault and sent me correct mats. Once I get the correct ones they are good quality perfect fit good value for money.

Thank you for your feedback, John.
We're sorry to hear there was a delay with your order and understand how frustrating it must have been to receive updates about stock availability and then have to wait longer than expected for delivery.
We're pleased the cover has now arrived, but we appreciate that getting timely information about your order was important to you.
Thank you again for your patience and for taking the time to share your experience with us.
