4l of engine oil not 5l as ordered
I ordered 5 litres of 5W-30 engine oil to carry out the annual oil change on my wife’s Ford Fiesta.
When the container arrived, it had been opened and 1 litre of oil had been removed. I only recognised when I started to use the oil. Retrospectively I remember thinking it was a bit strange that there was not seal under the twist top lid. Fortunately, I was changing the engine oil and only needed 4 litres. If I had needed all 5 litres, I would have had a stranded car due to insufficient oil level. The packaging was in perfect condition when the oil arrived so the oil must have been removed prior to packaging at Arnold Clark.
I tried to post on Arnold Clark's website to raise the topic so other users could raise if they had experienced the same issue; Arnold Clark would then be able to investigate further. However, I rec’d an email stating that my post had not been posted. They stated that it could not be possible, especially from an Arnold Clark employee, and that the oil must have leaked. I can confirm 100% that the container was as clean as new and there was no sign of leakage.
Arnold Clark and their process do not want to know or investigate which is totally unacceptable. I will not use Arnold Clark again and advise anyone using them to double check all items upon delivery.

Maybe my fault for not being mechanically gifted but saw the advertised photo that looked exactly like tike DEF injector I needed but the one that arrived was completely different to the photo. Can't give one star or return as I didn't read the text fully (not one to blame others for my nieveity), but just a warning that maybe the photos are not a good representation of what you're getting
