Order very early
I ordered and received my super puff jacket on time but ordered very early. Since then, other items have always been out of stock which is a bit frustrating. At one point my item was in stock so I ordered and then it was canceled a few hours later. I guess everyone wants Aritzia this year or they keep stock low to increase demand. Either way order early or travel to a store.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — BEWARE
I ordered my coat on the 27th of November.
THREE WEEKS LATER and I haven't received it. Better yet, I know it's somewhere in Germany since last week but that's it. Oh! & Customs not included.
*If they want to offer international shipping, they gotta up their game*: clear ETA expectations from the get go, clear info around the customs not being included in the price, and really just a bit more care for their customers.
This is a big investment for A LOT of people. Come on. I was so excited for this, now I'm kinda disgusted tbh. I don't even know if I want it anymore! Such an energy drainer.

Failure
Ordered weeks ago, but never received the jacket for our daughter. I complaint heavily but the don’t seem to care at all. Our daughter will be sad not getting her whish for Christmas. Never again!
Wish I had never bothered!
I wish I had read the reviews for Aritzia before ordering. I placed an order with them on 27th Nov - some lounge pants as a Christmas gift for my daughter. On 12 Dec I received an email from them thanking me for filling out a returns request form….rather odd as I had never received the items I ordered!! The tracking number they provided did not work for ages and when it finally did, the package was apparently ‘en route’, but never arrived. I contacted their ‘concierge service’ who informed me that due to an issue with the courier service the package had been returned to their depot and they were issuing me with a refund. I had to contact them to ask why I had received the return form in the first place! On top of this, I paid in dollars I was refunded in dollars (definitely something to be aware of) and as a result I am £6.25 worse off (due to fluctuations in currency) and I have nothing to show for it! Not a good experience at all and I certainly will NEVER order from these people again. Be warned!!

Consulted with someone name Paria on live chat. I was asked to email them photos of the item that was sent to me to which I asked for an email address and was told that that I'll get it after the chat ended. I was expecting an email address and that's where the confusion started (also when it seemed like Paria was losing her patience because we were definitely not on the same track). Would have been appreciated if they stated that THEY would be sending me an email which is when I would respond with photos. She closed the live chat right as I was still typing and hasn't responded to my email. Extremely bad service from them. Went in stores to do an exchange instead and it went perfectly.
Literally the worst company
Literally the worst company. i have asked them multiple times about their wool and if it ethically sourced and they keep pawning me off each time; furthermore, their quality is trash and they give used items during the sales. Never again. Their stock price should be $0.01.

Absolutely worst company who hates its customers.
Shopped their archive sale, it was glitchy, pages have gone down multiple times, they were unprepared, it already was horrible as it was and I spent so much time for it only to get canceled my orders after I placed the order after all these issues. The items fully in stock on regular site but they won’t grant discount for those items even though it was THEIR error to do this. I will never ever shop this company again.

Do not plan to buy anything from them anymore, things are over price the quality doesn’t match up with the price, just putting things in a boutique like environment doesn’t mean you can charge a premium if customer service and quality is bad.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went into their store for the first time, and 2 young girls who worked there looked at me, laughed, and kept talking to each other. There was ONE guy who was really nice. When he found out that it was my first time in Aritzia though, he immediately told me that this store was overpriced, overrated and not size inclusive. He literally said "girl, don't waste your money here". I still shopped around, and as a curvy girl I can confirm, this isn't a size friendly store. I fit in most XL-XXL's, but not there apparently. Also, I don't know how they can charge almost 200$ for a dress that isn't good quality at all, and that I've seen better versions of at other stores for way less. Never again. But I mean, if you're skinny, ignorant and rude... you'll feel right at home I'm sure.
The employees…
The employees are waiting their time! They turn around, talk between each other, we de ont know who is a client and who is an employee!!! I hate that they don’t ask you if you need help! Just going around the store! They need adults to guide them!

I had an item go missing in my order. I emailed customer service and yes it took a week of back and forth emails but I am happy to say everything is resolved and they did credit me back the $$$

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering products from Aritzia.
Twice I tried to order from this website, worst customer experience ever, they give you a incident # to call them about but the operator on the other end is not able to answer any questions, they use big words like cadence and supervisory reviews. The second time they charged my cc, they emailed me and asked me when did I move into my present home???? I cancelled my order and will never entertain shopping with them again.
Some items WAY overpriced
I have bought a few very nice items from the Aritzia store (no experience shopping online, so can't speak to that or to their customer service, which another reviewer was unhappy about), but just generally feel that SOME of their items are ridiculously overpriced. At a major discount retailer that sells everything (and starts with a "T"), I found a near-identical copy of a puff-sleeved, tiered cotton dress for $35, which at Aritzia was selling for $178! A common, tiered cotton dress with puff sleeves just shouldn't cost $178! So, be selective: If it's a run-of-the-mill design and cotton, etc., shop around; otherwise, you may be throwing away hard-earned money for an item that's only going to last a season, so why spend so much?
Buyer Beware - Clothes on website often not in stock
Clothes are good quality but unfortunately items sold on the website are not always in stock. They will charge you and only send a partial order (happened every time we've ordered from the company). Customer service is virtually non existent and emails read like they are written by a mean teen.

AVOID at all costs if you value your time & money!
I’ve been going back and forth with this company for nearly two months now about an order placed back in December. I did not receive my parcel and it was only until I contacted them about this that they decided to inform me that one of my items was lost in transit and the other had an inventory error. So I had a replacement apparently sent out to me with ‘express shipping’ and I still have not received anything nor any tracking info at all. This company deals with their customers problems by ignoring them and pretending they are not there. Now after demanding a refund of my money they have told me my item was delivered yesterday to my address, and when i’ve put the shipping code in it says it was delivered to an address at the other side of the country!! I am appalled by how poor this company’s customer service is, this has been the most drawn out process for an online order ever. Do NOT buy from here if you value your time or money.
