Malgré tous les avis négatifs rédigés sur la marque, je n’avais pas annulé ma commande pour voir de mon côté s’il y avait réellement un problème pour les commandes à l’International.

I’ve been going back and forth with this company for nearly two months now about an order placed back in December. I did not receive my parcel and it was only until I contacted them about this that they decided to inform me that one of my items was lost in transit and the other had an inventory error. So I had a replacement apparently sent out to me with ‘express shipping’ and I still have not received anything nor any tracking info at all. This company deals with their customers problems by ignoring them and pretending they are not there. Now after demanding a refund of my money they have told me my item was delivered yesterday to my address, and when i’ve put the shipping code in it says it was delivered to an address at the other side of the country!! I am appalled by how poor this company’s customer service is, this has been the most drawn out process for an online order ever. Do NOT buy from here if you value your time or money.

Ya I'm easy going. I have never written a bad review however everything about this business from the product to the harassment of the (probably) underpaid clerks that work there is just not worth it. Honestly I would rather buy socks at Target. Don't waste your money or be treated like s*** at this place. Sisters, were better then this.x

Mean Girls
A company that loves their way of doing customer service more thank actually doing customer service. They get off to their own ideologies and have blind faith in their own culture. They are in love with their own customers service modules instead of actually helping customers. They make money not because of their customers service but despite it. They have good marketing and are the only contenders in their niche. That’s why the do well. The customer service training presented by Pippa is outdated and ridiculous as I don’t believe she has worked in a store since the 90s. However every manager believes they are gonna be the next Pippa. So the follow along blindly lie to staff and bully ppl.

The worst. Please stay away from purchasing anything from them. Not one piece of clothing worth the headache dealing with them. Took my money, never received the order, it’s going on 20 days me asking them for refund.

I ordered from Germany and I knew it would be a little difficult. First I forgot a letter in my emailadress, so I didn’t get a confirmation email. I emailed the customer service and I got a response after a day:)
Then the tracking was difficult and I got a notification that my package was at a pick up point but I didn‘t get any information from my DHL where it was. I emailed atrizia again and they imediatly figured it out for me.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I really had a positive experience with the customer service, thank you:)

Appalling customer service. Took 400 pounds of my hard earned money. My coat never arrived. They then refused to refund the money as they couldn’t locate the coat.
No number to call from the uk. You get passed to a different person each time who never replies to you.

Aritzia is the most unprofessional brand/ company i ever seen, why you may ask? They are fatphobic and so are their employees rude and fatphobic! There was a girl making a video on TikTok talking about aritzia employees bodyshaming her and others girls where posting about their experience too and everyone went to their page to say speak about it what's happening, But they never did and just Ignore the comments about it and they also respons to other comments it's happend in end december.

Même chose de mon côté, j’ai commandé une carte cadeau pour Noël, je n’ai jamais reçu de confirmation d’achat, jamais reçu ma commande et le montant a été débité sur ma carte.
J’ai appelé au bureau chef et on m’a dit qu’on me rappellerais dans les 48h pour régler le problème, mais toujours pas de nouvelles de leur part.
@aritzia on peut considérer ça comme un vol de votre part. Je trouverai moyen de récupérer mon argent.

Honestly the most shocking and…
Honestly the most shocking and appalling customer facing brand. I am not a big fan of Aritzia as I feel their clothes are overpriced and overhyped. However in Black Friday I ordered a couple of coats from different websites, there was a very specific coat that I wanted and it looked like Aritzia had one that matched so I thought i would try it. I ordered it not realising that they have a ‘sale’ return policy and you cannot get a refund. This seems to be a common complaint and when I mentioned it to friends they were also unaware and shocked. This should be something clearly stated everywhere all over their site if they are going to have such awful terms. I now have a gift card worth $300 for a store that I never want to shop in again.

All about the bottom line
Aritzia’s business approach demonstrates very little care for its customers. Their exchange and return policies are restrictive and punitive. For Black Friday sales, they offer steep discounts on a number of its products but for “Final Sale”. They do not offer any exchange, store credit or returns - even if there is a gift certificate. At the very least, an exchange should be considered given that the sizing is inconsistent for a number of their brands and products. There is a recurring theme here at Aritzia to make business decisions to maximize their margins, at the expense of customer service and the customers suffer time and time again.
Overcharged
They overcharged me and would not refund their mistake. Would not recommend. I was charged for 3 items and only 2 delivered. Dealing with customer service was stressful, long, exhausting, and got no where but the agent not trusting me and not refunding me. 1 star

WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order to only send an email more than two weeks later to receive a reply they apologize I should have received an email letting me know my order is no longer available online for delivery. And not even we apologize for the inconvenience here’s 10% off next purchase. Nothing. Been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed! We bought a coat, second choice from my daughter, but then we found the first choice of coat on another store so we went back for return. Because today was black Friday, Aritzia in Carrefour Laval in Quebec , did not want it to reimburse us even if the coat wasn't on special! They told us to come back the next day. Really expensive and no service. For my daughter was a shock so never again we will come back there. Plus is pretty expensive and no service at all. We had to buy the first choice coat for my daughter, and we are talking about more than 300$ .

Although I love the style of this Canadian brand which I got to know when living in Vancouver for a summer, I have to say the quality has dropped considerably and returns are too expensive from Australia, so no more Artizia for me. But im a big fan of other Canadian brands :)
