Absolutely terrible return policy
Absolutely terrible return policy. They make returns way more difficult than they should be, especially for the prices they charge. The staff at the NorthPark Center location were rude, dismissive, and acted annoyed the entire time I asked for help. Customer service was basically nonexistent. This was honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be coming back.

my package was stolen and Aritzia, a billion dollar corporation, refuses to replace the stolen items or refund me. shame on them. The quality has plummeted with every single item being made from PLASTIC and not cotton... for those prices? are you kidding me? No replacement for my stolen expensive items that are made with low quality plastic? My whole wardrobe is Aritzia. what a slap in the face. I will never purchase another Aritzia item again and I tell every person I can and warn them about Aritzia the Scam.
Horrendous return policy & customer service
Horrendous return policy, do not recommend purchasing from this company. My items were delivered 4/17 which was not in time for me to take them on my vacation. When I return from my trip I returned the items on 4/29 (what I thought was within the 14-day return window). Little did I know the 14-day return window starts on the *shipping* date. Who does that? Who starts a return window before the customer has even received the items? It would have been impossible for me to return them in time based on this date. After talking to multiple customer service reps, they were not willing to make an exception. Worst policy ever, and for that I will never purchase from them again and will not stop saying bad things about their company because of it. DO BETTER ARITZIA.

Claimed the vest was "purchased in 2024" (zero proof)
Called it a "final decision" and closed my case
Refunded me after they couldn't prove their claim
Then BANNED my online account
Now I have store credit I can't use because they blocked me for complaining about THEIR mistake. I have a recording of the call where they made baseless accusations.

I received a $300 blazer that had a stain on it. After numerous emails, the first of which stating that I should have the blazer dry cleaned!, I finally received a label to make a return. You would think that they would’ve just offered to send me a new blazer but they insisted that it had to be a return and then a new order. I will not be placing a new order even though I really liked the blazer other than the stain!
HORRIBLE customer service
Aritzia sent me a faulty item that was shorter than the original pair I had ordered before and clearly much worse in quality.
What makes this even worse is that customer service has now failed to properly respond to me three times. Instead of resolving their mistake, I keep receiving generic automatic replies asking me to send the same photos and videos all over again to prove an issue that is clearly their fault.
I have been going in circles for over a month because of their mistake, with no real resolution.

This is my second order from Aritzia. I got a skirt again. Fits well. True to size. Looks just like the picture on the Aritzia website. I love Aritzia's clothes.
Worst Customer Service Ever
I bought a coat from Aritzia on Black Friday for $260. UPS never delivered my coat. They marked it as delivered, but didn't take a picture. My neighbors didn't have it. I've never had a package stolen from my porch so I doubt that was the case. Artizia refused to refund me, citing that "UPS marked it delivered." I opened an investigation with UPS, wherein they determined the package in fact was not delivered. They stated their company will reimburse Aritzia, who will reimburse me. It's April of the following year and I am still chasing down this $260. Aritzia says they have no record of contact from UPS. UPS says they sent it to Aritzia. I will never do business with this shady company ever again. Oh! Icing on the cake: there isn't a supervisor available at 2p on a Wednesday afternoon.

If I can give no star I would do it. I purchased 2 items and my husband gifted me 2 items as well. These items are my first aritzia. I washed them all together along with my other clothes and my aritzia pants came out with discoloration. It was the only item that got defected after washing it. It would be easier to accept if other clothes had issues also. I didn’t even get a chance to use it. I was so excited for this purchased since my life had been appointments for my son and just staying at home. I tried to get a refund or at least exchange the item but they declined it. This will be my first and last purchased with them. I am very disappointed since their brand is so expensive but not worth any dollar.
Lost a loyal customer
My daughter loves the Aritzia products and really wanted gift cards for her recent birthday. My sister, her aunt bought her a gift card and sent it in the mail and it never arrived. She called the store to see if they could cancel the card and reissue one. They verified the purchase and also that the card was not used. However the staff would not accommodate the reissue of a card. We have spent thousands of dollars with Aritzia, but now have a horrible taste in our mouth about this extremely poor level of service. Nothing was even offered to try to make it right. Honestly, we choose to shop in places that value customers and obviously Aritzia would rather keep their $100 thank make a loyal customer feel good about a bad situation. It’s beyond disappointing being there are a lot of competitors options out there. I wish they had taken this opportunity to do the right thing.
Still waiting on a refund since Jan 2025
I ordered from Aritzia and the package was misdelivered by FedEx, confirmed in writing by FedEx’s Executive Customer Relations team. Under Aritzia’s shipping contract, they are responsible for ensuring delivery or issuing a refund or replacement when the carrier fails.
Despite providing documentation from FedEx and escalating multiple times to Aritzia customer service and even CEO/investor relations, Aritzia has ignored all requests to issue a refund or replacement.
This is clearly a failure to meet contractual obligations, and repeated attempts to resolve the issue through customer service or escalation channels were deflected or ignored. Customers should be aware that orders may not be honored even when the shipping failure is the carrier’s fault and fully documented.
I'm still waiting for the $200+ Aritzia owes me. Let's see if Jennifer Wong responds to my email.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Aritzia has been incredibly frustrating. My parcel did not arrive, and although this has been acknowledged, I’ve been struggling for weeks to obtain a refund. The customer service has been disappointing — responses are slow, unhelpful, and lack any real effort to resolve the issue. It’s unacceptable to leave customers out of pocket for orders they never received. I expected much better from a company of this reputation.
Don't Refund Faulty Items
I have shopped with Aritzia for years now, spending a lot of money. My latest purchase is faulty, lots of holes after one wear, and they have told me they can only do an exchange but I do not want more items that will fall apart. I was shocked by the customer service after they charge SO MUCH for basic items.
Terrible customer service
I purchased a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas. It seemed to be a good quality and was soft and comfortable. However, after one wear it had a hole in it. It never got pulled or damaged by anything. We washed it according to the directions on the tag. I reached out to customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. They told me this was normal wear and tear. This item was worn one time. It seems wild to me that they wouldn’t stand by a product that got a hole in it after one washing. I kept reaching back out and they closed my case.

Unfortunately, my team cannot deem this a quality issue. This is an issue of regular wear and tear, caused over time by the use of this item.
I can understand that something might get a hole in it “over time”, but if that means one wear for the amount of money they charge for these products I will never give them my money ever again.

Purchased a sweatshirt in December at Aritzia (Legacy Place). After a single wash following care instructions, it developed permanent stains/discoloration. Because the receipt was lost (paid cash, no phone number on file), Aritzia refused any exchange or store credit despite clear product failure. Case #7912651. Posting so other customers are aware of both quality risk and strict receipt policy.
Horrible customer service Just the worse !
Horrible customer service. Their Concierge service is a joke. Nobody answers the phone at any location. If the item is in the store but not online you can not purchase the item and have them hold it for a pick up or ship to you . Its reserved for walk ins only...thats crazy? I can't imagin what returs are like. There are too many other places to shop. Avoid the agrivation
Aritzia - Will never shop there again!
I ordered a coat in a Size XXS, but received a Size Medium. I returned the incorrect item the day after I received it. I waited for my refund, but it took so long, I called Aritizia to check on my refund status. They said that my "case" went to another department and they gave me a Case Number. I finally received an email, over a month later, just to say that they will not be issuing a refund. Wait, what?! So I was sent the incorrect item to begin with, returned it, then I won't be refunded the $287.30? That makes no sense at all! The customer service rep just kept saying over and over..."So sorry this has caused frustration for you, but our internal team has reviewed your case and their decision cannot be changed." I asked to speak with a manager, she told me to hold, came back on the line and said again "So So sorry this has caused frustration for you, but our internal team has reviewed your case and their decision cannot be changed." Wow, this is unbelievable. I have never experienced such a scam. After researching online, apparently, this is very common practice for Aritzia. I will definitely contact my bank to dispute the charges. Many say that once a charge is disputed with Aritzia, they will completely block you from online shopping with them. Totally fine with me! :)
RETURN SCAM
After admiring the cardigan of a coworker, I ordered the same one from Aritzia. Unfortunately, it was too small. They did not have the size I needed, so I returned it only to be told I could have only a gift card. I don't want a gift card. I typically don't shop there (and now never will). So, I'm stuck with a $93 gift card. I am definitely going to purchase something and then destroy it at the counter. Aritzia may scam my money, but they aren't getting my money AND keeping their merchandise.
