Please do not use this company, it’s literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I’d read the reviews before using them.

We had someone come to fix our washer dryer, they were 2 hours late and stayed for 10 minutes. They recommended using a descaler, which we did, but it didn’t work. When I called to ask for someone else to come out, the person on the phone was incredibly aggressive, saying they weren’t going to get someone to come back out. I asked to speak to the manager about it and he shouted at me that he was the manager. I’ve never experienced someone at a company speaking to me like that. He then hung up on me. I was quite shook after it. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I just want to write a follow up based on the response from the company. The engineer did not arrive at 12:22. It was 2pm, I even have the record of the call I received at that time when he arrived. He stayed for 10 minutes so a full inspection was not done. When I called, I didn’t ask for cleaning services, I asked if someone could come to do a full inspection of our washer dryer to determine if we needed a new drum since the engineer said if the descaler didn’t work that may be the case. Instead of receiving customer service, I was shouted at and hung up on.

I only rang to enquire about getting a kitchenaid mixer repair and the person on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I wouldn't trust them with anything.

I ordered a washing machine online at the beginning of April, because I was convinced by the positive review from other customers. They must be fake. The item I ordered was not available to be shipped, Appliancentre kept me waiting for nearly two weeks saying every day that the appliance would come the day after. They never delivered. Then they cancelled the order bu never sent me back my money. I AM STILL FIGHTING TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK!!!! Beware.

Ordered a Bosch fridge freezer. Ali delivered it and installed it and he and Mahmoud was really helpful. Great price and friendly staff.

Appliancentre were paid to remove and recycle a gas hob and supply and install a new electric induction hob.

The day of their appointment nobody turned up. The telephone helpline rang for 15minutes before going to voicemail - I left 3 messages but no replies. I emailed and no reply either. 2 days later I got a phone call trying to book delivery that afternoon - I couldn't so I booked for the following day. The following day a delivery man did arrive but said they can't remove gas hobs. This directly contradicts what it says on the website. I emailed them back pointing this out and asking for a refund but got no reply. Eventually I asked Paypal to get the money back, which they did.

Ordered, paid, on delivery day I had no confirmation of my fridge freezer been delivered, so I messaged in chat. I was told they cancelled my order because I dont live in London. I now have to wait several days for my refund, and unable to re order because of this. Why doesn't the website make it 'completely' clear that the are cherry picking their customers and taking payments from everyone regardless of location!! Surely that cannot be fair or right?!
10 days later and still not refunded. NOT even talking in chat!! SCAMMERS
--I rang them after updating this regarding 10 days an dno refund. Well I called, exaplained, I was told to F-OFF!!!! hung up on me!!

Delivery never came and was never contacted. Took a lot of chasing on my end to get in contact and they would be very vague. Euronics had to step in directly to get my refund.

Poor communication regarding delays to order. I had to keep contacting them to find out when I was going to get my appliance even though their website said they had stock and I would get my delivery on the Monday, they did not have stock and were waiting on the stock to come from the manufacturer.

Ordered a Tv which was showing in stock. Order was cancelled the next day, with the reason that we was out of the delivery area which is strange as we were collecting directly from them. Called to find out why and was told it was out of stock, a phone call to me explaining this would have been nice and not an issue. Staff member was rude and I wouldn’t recommend. If this is how they when purchasing, I dread to think how they are if there are any issues. Refund was issued quickly though so credit there.

The appliance didn’t arrive on the day arranged by yourselves and from that day onwards no communication was possible no one answered phones or chat bot , kept asking for a refund and when some finally answered chat line I was told to check my bank, which I had done daily, 2 weeks later refund appeared.So you need to communicate with your customers and let them know when something has gone wrong with the order, I would not recommend you or buy from you again and all down to,lack of communication

Easy to order online, the delivery and installation didn't happen for nearly a week after the agreed date and time due to some technical issues on Appliancentre side. I was notified only when I called up thereafter they contacted me on my mobile for updates.
