The service was excellent, courteous and prompt and the price was right.
The product is different to our last one, also a Bosch, but it's quite easy to use.
Ideally I would have liked to have fitted this as an installation when fitting the kitchen. It's slightly harder as an after fit but still not difficult.
The instructions look daunting but are just very detailed.

Couldn't have gone to more trouble to help me with my purchase. Even took photos and emailed me so I could see inside the appliance! Best price and pleasant experience. Delivered right on time and delivery man was also very pleasant and helpful Wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend Appliance World to everyone. Thank You.

I made a complicated order, requesting three appliances to be delivered to cargo agent and then shipped overseas. Included in this was the requirement for a tax refund. Applianceworld handled the order extremely well. They were reachable by phone or email every step of the way, and walked me through the VAT refund requirements. I made a similar order with a competitor, and am still struggling with them. Without a doubt, any future orders I make will be with Applianceworld and not with their competitors.

Package arrived safe and sound. They sent me an email asking I call them which I found to be a bit odd given I had left my number as prompted during the order process. Not everyone checks there emails on a daily basis - even today so I think a ccall would have been better as I was not expecting to look out for an email. That said, when I called - a five hour slot was arranged. Other than that, I cannot fault the service as package arrived within the slot undamaged and looked like it had been handled with care. Chap kindly lifted it across the threeshold with care. Product was cheapest I could find by a fair margin.

Quick good valve and easy internet site. Delivery quick and very efficient, if only the driver did not leave the box in the rain with out cover.

I thought I would consider Appliance World as it provided the best price for a top of the range Neff Oven.
I was emailed and contacted for a convenient time of delivery the next day and then the following day it arrived.
Every member of staff I had contact with was polite and professional.

I ordered a washing machine from appliance world and Bosch were out of stock so they were not able to deliver it in time for me. Instead I was offered a similar appliance on a discounted price and had a very quick delivery. I was very happy with this service. Thank you.

The service we received from Appliance World was 5*. The gentleman who delivered our dishwasher, delivered it with such care and he paid special attention not to bash or brush up against any walls whilst doing so. Just something you notice when someone is paying attention. Very nice to see! The dishwasher was well packaged and arrived very quickly from the time we ordered it. We have now installed it and it works wonderfully. Thank you so much.

We bought ovens and a cooker hood at a good price. We were warned that one of the items was on a long lead time but were kept informed and it was delivered the next working day after appliance world received it.
We requested part delivery beforehand and this was organised without fuss or charge.
Would recommend.

Over the past few years we have purchased a number of Appliances from Appliance World (Swindon) and found the staff to be very well informed regarding the suitability of a particular appliance to our needs (unlike most of the major chain stores)
We recently had a problem with our two years old Fagor oven and contacted Appliance World. The failed element was
satisfactorily replaced within three days.
A great pre and after sales service

I ordered a washing machine using a £100 voucher which they advertised on their own site. The order was cancelled by them as they said their was a glitch on their system and they could not honour the price. 3 days later they are still advertising the voucher on their site. They do not bother replying to emails. I will be avoiding this company in future.

I ordered 2 appliances and was told that these would arrive within 10-14 days. I am expecting delivery of 1 of the items 5 weeks after ordering, with the other having to be canceled as they did not have it in stock.

I only discovered this after contacting the company myself having not heard from them since placing the order. I was told 1 appliance would be late and that i would contacted later that day to arrange a split delivery. That call never occurred.

On contacting the company for a second time i was again told i would get a call back the same day, which again did not happen.

Regarding the canceled item, i was twice assured that this would be in stock and twice let down when it did not arrive.

To add insult to injury they would not offer any compensation for their terrible customer service. Even though they had taken my money from the day i placed the order, meaning they had my money for 5 weeks before i am due to receive any goods.

Without doubt the single worst company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with... No matter how cheap they may be, theres a reason there cheap, there awful.

I WAITED OVER TWO MONTHS FOR A COOKER HOOD AND I DID NOT GET EVEN ONE CALL FROM THEM TO LET ME KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS. LUCKY I CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK. THEY MANAGED TO SEND IT AFTER 2 WEEK MORE OF WAITING. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD !!!!!
