I rescently had to replace my cooker extractor fan and contacted Appliance world who were extremely helpful. I was able to order the exact replacement it was delivered promptly and on time. My son fitted it and was a perfect replacement. . Appliance world couldn't have been more helpful as I took there advice and all was well. Excellent service would definitely recommend them.

Our integrated fridge died 6 working days before Christmas. With so few days to go, it looked like an impossible situation. But we were very lucky. Appliance World immediately understood it was an emergency, and despite some initial concerns about being able to get the fridge installed in time, went out of their way to make it possible. As a result, they were able to get back to us within 30 minutes with an installation date. The new built-in fridge was in place, as promised, just 5 days later. It was the model we wanted, at a competitive price, fitted by someone who arrived at precisely the agreed time, to the minute, and who took great care to do a super job. Many thanks indeed to the team of 3 people who worked together for us on this at Appliance World, making what seemed impossible, possible.

We ordered an island extractor from Appliance world. They kept us well informed about delivery, and all arrived promptly and in great condition. Then our kitchen fitter presented us with a new improved idea for our kitchen – which didn’t include an island. And in fact showed us the island would be a bad decision. But what about the island extractor? Appliance World was very understanding and we were able to exchange the island hood for an extractor more suitable for the new position. Great service and we are now big fans of your business. Thank you!

Bought £4511.35 worth of goods from this company. Our mistake the warming drawers were the wrong size. We asked if we could have the smaller ones and sent them back. then the microwaves came and were to big. Our fault. Spoke to Rob to asked to Change them. He then asked us to take photos of the boxes (we hadn't even taken them out of the box). He wanted to charge us £29.99 to change this and got really stroppy after I said I think I have paid you enough. After a row,with him telling me (well go and order it elsewhere then) and telling me he had given me a really good deal. ( I paid exactly what it had said on the website). I said ok,he then rang me a further 3 times telling me he didn't want to fall out In this time my daughter had found the items on the Webb for cheaper and next day delivery. We didn't have to wait for 10 days. I told Rob this so he then said he would not charge me the 29.99. My daughter was telling me to go elsewhere, but I didn't.I stuck with him. He then told me he would deliver the warming drawers on Tuesday even though I had said I would wait until the microwaves came in. He said they would deliver as the men were in the area, then they could pick up the microwaves, I waited all day no one came. Phoned up that evening to be told he hadn't said that. I have never been messed about so much. He has now charged me 49.99 for delivery and 26.99 for bulk buying even though I have still bought 2 neff ovens, Neff cooker hood, and neff induction hob (I would still call that bulk buying) they tell you it's in stock but everything we ordered we had to wait at least 10 days. All delivered at different times. They have now short changed me so need to sort that out. I would NEVER ORDER from these people.

Bought a Miele WKB120 from Appliance World's web site.
They rang the next day to say that my washer had been sold to a local customer, and that web site hadn't been updated. I thought we had a contract!
They didn't try to offer a later delivery or sell me anything else.
Busy Mum's will know that every day without a washer is a real problem.
I had to spend another £106 more to get the same model elsewhere.
Not impressed.

I ordered a washing machine on-line on Sunday pm and it was delivered 2 days later. The communications were great, received email confirmations and a phone call to confirm delivery day and time. Will certainly use this company again in the future if the prices are good and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I purchased a larder fridge. This was delivered quickly (quicker than originally stated) by a courteous delivery driver who did all he could to help position the appliance in the kitchen. He advised me the day before and again on the morning of his delivery slot and was punctual.

The Gorenje larder RI4181AW In Column Larder Fridge carries a five year parts and labour warranty. To date it had performed exactly as it said on the tin. I think it offers excellent value for money.

After unpacking the appliance I noticed a small dent which of no consequence. Purely cosmetic and low down so hardly noticeable.

I sent a photo to Appliance World but stated that I did not want a replacement or recompense and I was only informing them for information and to pass on to the manufacturers so they might improve the packaging.

Appliance World forwarded my email and photo to Gorenje who insisted they send me a 10% refund.

I ordered 4 appliances recently. Very good communication from the point of ordering through to delivery of order. There were a few problems outside of Appliance Worlds control but the Customer Service team were fantastic in working to resolve. Can't fault them

Ordered 2 items was kept informed on delivery and very swift service when I needed a replacement part for a damaged one. Would definitely use them again

We ordered a wine cooler a couple of weeks ago, but the delivery man refused to deliver because he had to carry it up one flight of stairs. I called up to ask for a refund, which was promised to me. When it finally showed up in my bank account, they hadn't given me a full refund, just a partial one. I emailed twice to ask about this, they haven't even bothered replying after 2 weeks.

I had been which researching which Bosch Dishwasher to buy for some time. When I found the model I wanted, Appliance World offered the best price and delivered next day. Brilliant service.

I am sure not all online suppliers are good at what they do, but Appliance World is, in fact, thay are very good. Their prices are very good, yes, I appreciate that they perhaps do not have the costs associated with high street retailers, but at the end of the day a like for like product is exactly that. They keep you informed as to the order progress, and very importantly they do, in my experience, do exactly as they say they will. You can't really ask for oe expect any more. Excellent job Appliance World.

We ordered a dishwasher from Appliance World having never used them before. The ordering process was easy & straightforward and we received our delivery on time and they took our old dishwasher away. Easy!

Lydia went above and beyond for the complexity of our orders, which changed frequently! She sourced upgrades for things which were out of stock and did her very best to keep prices down. All items arrived happily (bar one which we were told about plenty in advance causing no bother).

My experiences with this company were on the whole very positive. Their prices were the cheapest on the internet and their customer service was very good. I would certainly recommend them.

Ordered an item, no one called to tell me it's not made anymore. I've only found out a week later when i called to see why my item didn't arrived yet.
Then they told me they will email me a replacement product, but nothing happened. So i asked for a refund, but again no one was in a hurry to give me my money back (almost £1200). Will never use them again.

Fantastic experience with Appliance World. Greatly in excess of what I expected from them. Everyone on the phone helpful. My problem was taken seriously and sorted immediately- even though my appliance was out of warranty. Really could not ask for more.

Received a Bosh integrated dishwasher, pluged it in & set it up. After 3 electric shocks 1 of which quite powerful it was obvious there was an electrical fault. Phoned customer services only to be told they will check with bosh before exchanging. Also lydia wanted to send an engineer to check my installation was correct. Very rude!
Im not being funny but all you do is plug it in! Nothing else. Absolutely NOTHING to do with installation!
Not one concern or apologie!
Needless to say, 10 minutes later after speaking to Bosch engineer cancelled & exchanged book for next day. Clearly concern by bosh!

Excellent service and outstanding delivery, ordered on Thursday and went out of their way to delivery to us for Friday. Very knowledgeable about the products that they are selling. We have already placed another order with them and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
