Good . And impressive

The platform is clunky, audio drops out, but that's not the worst of it. It takes hours to render and download a video - I've lost days to this nonsense.

When you want your video to have that certain 2D look but donʻt want to pay for the other 2D site. Give Animaker a try. There are lots of templates on various topics, and quick tutorials to figure out how to make your video pop. The animations and motion paths are fun to add to your video without too much effort. Its pretty simple to use. You can upload your assets, customize fonts, if you want to add those too. I appreciated the customer support and follow up. There is a free trial. Check it out.

YOU SUCK, EVERYTHING IS AI, ALMOST EVERYTHING AN ANIMATOR NEEDS IS RESTRICTED BEHIND PAYWALLS, FREE PLAN IS LIMITED AND YOU CAN'T EVEN DRAW SEPERATE FRAMES, THATS THE ENTIRE POINT OF ANIMATING, DRAWING THE FRAMES, NOT GETTING RANDOM ASS CHARACTERS, PASTING THEM AND GIVING THEM A RANDOM ACTION/SMARTACTION OR SMARTMOVE, EVERY SINGLE BIT, OF THIS PLATFORM, MAKES ME WANT, TO BURN MY EYES WITH MASALA AND CHILLI, EVEN YOUR TUTORIALS SUCK, HOW DO YOU MESS UP THE TUTORIALS BRO, THE TUTORIALS ARE BASIC THINGS YOU NEED WHENEVER YOU'RE ANIMATING, NOT JUST NORMAL BASIC, I MEAN BASIC BASIC, LOWEST LEVEL OF BASICNESS I SWEAR THE TUTORIALS BARELY HELP, ITS STUFF THAT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO ALREADY.

Tous les fichiers que j'avais téléversés sur mon compte ont été supprimés par Animaker, et les services support et techniques n'ont pas été en mesure de les restaurer, malgré de nombreuses demandes pendant plus d'un mois. J'ai donc perdu tout le travail que j'avais effectué, alors même que j'avais souscrit un abonnement payant. C'est inacceptable !

For school, we had to make an animated video. This brought us to Animaker.
Animaker was great because we didn't need any experience to use it. The website design makes sense, so it is easy to find features. Our video turned out better than we had imagined it would be.
The only downside is that the website couldn't take the length of the video and glitched a bit because of that, but it was easily fixed.
The chat is very useful and the employees helped us resolve all our issues.

I am glad I found Steve AI in Animaker because it has been very effective for me to make online videos. Especially with Animaker the customer service is also very effective. They helped me throughout to edit the animated videos that I couldn't.

However, just to take note for improvement is the time span in editing the videos need to speed up a bit.

Expensive, misleading terms and customer service ignoring messages

It’s a great site for anime creation. I won’t lie, I have spent the whole day going through it. I just wished they had given us users a 7 day free trial before we commit into a monthly or year plan in order to experience and understand it more.

Great place to make anime videos and love that they allow you to test it out for free.

Superb customer service from Animaker. We ran into an issue late in the evening, and by the very next morning the team had already offered a solution that allowed us to meet our deadline. Bala, in particular, provided exceptional support. Quickly understanding the problem and offering a practical alternative that worked perfectly given the limitations we were facing on the platform. Truly responsive and customer-focused service.

A few issues from me.

1. The tool promotes AI generated videos - however the output videos are made up of 6 second clips. So you don't receive a 30 / 60 / 90 second scene as advertised or offered - it's small snippets of different scenes that are then stitched together. Which make it unusable.
2. The digital assets are extremely limited. I would recommend Canva as a better option (and much cheaper!)
3. Yes you can animate a character (a person) but the characteristics of that person are very limited, and are limited to people. You cannot animate animals / objects.
4. Customer service seems a little fishy so make sure you do your due diligence before paying. They have a strict no-refund policy if you're not happy with the tool.

The only use I can think of for this tool is for corporate situations where you're needing to create a tutorial or business update and want something a bit flashier than PowerPoint. I wouldn't recommend for personal use - it's just too limited.
