Also ich bin von meinen zwei Ancel BM 200 Pro Batteriemonitoren hellauf begeistert. Nutze diese für mein Pride Wrangler 2 Baja-Mobil, da die serielle Akkuanzeige davon Schrott ist.
Mit diesen Monitoren hat man die exakte Angabe aller wichtigen Daten.
Nur eine Halterung zum Anbringen der Monitore am Pride Wrangler 2 Baja wäre noch super. Gibt's aber wahrscheinlich nicht. Aber das ist ok. Hab mir selbst was gebastelt. Sieht auch cool aus. Qualitativ und technisch sind die Teile aber hervorragend. Danke dafür. 🍀

After reading reviews of the Ancel computers, I decided to purchase one. The price was great, the shipping was astronomical, but I figured it was for overnight or 2-day. No, they sent it book rate. Well over a month later, and the support answer was "only USPS can ship to overseas islands" (Hawaii) What? Completely untrue. They're doubling down on their decision to make extra money charging for overnight shipping and then shipping via the worst and cheapest way possible.

First off the scanner is awesome. I work on small vehicles, to heavy trucks, to heavy equipment and it is as capable as any of the higher end scanners I've used. Im on the 3rd tablet in 3 years or so due to the screens cracking. Crack a screen you have an expensive paper weight. The first screen cracked the night I received it. I put in a few programs and put it in it's box. Woke up to the first paper weight. They replaced it, no problems. A few months ago opened the box to the next paper weight. It was out of warranty so I purchased a new one. Paid another 20 bucks because"I purchased the incorrect scanner", even though I told them I wanted what I had. At that time I was told they would set it up and have it ready to go. Later I received an email telling me me it would be 200 bucks to program it. Whoa, back up their Junior. We hashed it out for weeks but finally received programmed. BTW, communication is one email a day. You send it when they are sleeping they answer when you are sleeping. Takes a while to iron out issues. Pretty piss poor. Its been months without a tool you need pretty much every day. They didn't put the info needed to register and get it up and running in the box. That was a few days of emails. "Its in the box". "No it isn't ". That's 2 days of communication right there. Anyway, got it up and going to find out it won't Bluetooth to the VCI. Still won't connect even after doing everything they said. This is long winded but I jump on that soapbox when Im pissed and have something to say.

The product I bought, VD700, works pretty well. Support for the product and probably all products from this company is almost non-existent. For ex:

1) They provide five different files for updating the product with no explaination as to what each is for
2) They don't provide any information as to what language is supported by each of the five updates
3) They provide no support as to how to update when there is an issue
4) They tell you to contact your reseller rather than answer simple questions about the product (read: no support)

So, I would avoid them and their products.

I bought Ancel bm700 pro for mini cooper car,,,a reset fonction doen't works,,,i communicated with us and they responded quick and worked on the problem( engineering done it) software right on,,,,,in 48h problem solved

Jeżeli posiadasz ich oryginalne urządzenie, kupione legalnie, zarejestrowane w ich bazie danych nie musisz się martwić , że Ci nie pomogą. Posiadam FX2000 i zanim kupiłem, sprawdziłem na ich stronie, co ono potrafi. Dlatego nie byłem zaskoczony, że czegoś nie robi. Jedyny problem na jaki trafiłem to brak możliwości sprawdzenia układu SRS w mercedesie W204. Do tej pory nie wiem o co może chodzić. Ostatnio łączyłem się bez problemu z BMW G31 i wszystko ok. Na dzień dzisiejszy wiem, że dołożyłbym parę groszy i kupił bardziej rozbudowany ale na pewno tej firmy interfejs. Coraz częściej przydaje się funkcja obsługi hamulca pomocniczego.

Happy with AD410 on my Renault. Received excellent prompt support from Ancel when having a query.
Hope support is still good if unit goes faulty in future

Ancel “24 hour chat” will not answer a simple yes or no as to whether their device will read a 1998 chrysler Jeep SRS and ABS, instead wants your name, address, zip code and email, then sends you to a $5 fee-based “Just Answer” website. That is ridiculous. And says “Do Not Buy…”

The unit I purchased did everything ANCEL said it would (BD310) and I like the concept of being able to use it both on bluetooth and the cable-linked LCD panel which also clips onto a vent which worked well when my wife's car had a problem light come on intermittently so it could stay attached when driving. It's perfect for checking an issue before it becomes a real problem and in most cases can be dealt with easily without pricey mechanics getting involved. Their support actually responds too.

I have x6 scanner from Ancel! Tried to use on new tablet and there is no up to date app can recognise my dongle! I went to speak to support team sent picture about product and they saying is not their product! When i asked am i on the wrong place they said they are thinkcar not Ancel but its clearly showing im talking with Ancel tech support even the welcome message is saying “welcome to Ancel” the online agent is so rude! Not answering the quastions and keep saying is not our product but it is! I saw the other reviews too am not the only one is not happy with the product and the service. So stay away from this company they are scammers!!!!!

I bought the ANCEL BD500 for my Audi A4 b7 1.8t, Multitronic.
I must admit that I am not impressed with the speed, although the latest version works a bit faster and supports multitasking or switching between other applications. I am especially not impressed with the endless selection of options before I finally get to the error codes.

But once I am finally at this location, everything becomes fine. The application offers an above-average selection of data. Even though I have several data selected at once (RPM, misfire 1, 2, 3, 4, knock sensor 1, 2, 3, 4 and O2 b1s1) they are updated practically in real time.

I am impressed with the amount of data I get from the 01J CVT gearbox, since gearboxes are usually not recognized by DIY OBDs.

It is certainly not a professional workshop tool, but it has saved me from a tow truck and saved a trip several times. The Audi A4 b7 has a lot of "electrical gnomes" at this age. So it usually doesn't take much to start messing up and of course it doesn't take much to fix it... if you know what. The ANCEL BD500 has proven itself very well in this regard.

I have a VD700 and it would not code my injectors. Tech investigated and gave me the solution. I find it a powerful machine and worth the modest investment.

Garbage service. Wont stand behind their warranty. 2 months old and doesnt work anymore. Total run around from customer service, never actually replies.

Hallo, habe leider die gleiche Erfahrung machen müssen, wie Norbert . Ebenfalls mit einem Nebler mit gleicher Lebensdauer.

Mir hat man eine Rücksendeadresse genannt und eine Erstattung zugesagt.

Geld ist nicht gekommen und Ancel meldet sich nicht mehr. Niederlassung Deutschland ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar und auch auf die Mail des EBay Customer Service meldet sich niemand.
Der eine Punkt ist schon zu gut bewertet.
Wenn man Geld verblasen will , dann ist das ein guter Laden dafür 😩

Bought a DP500 mileage tool. Ancel said it would do my Renault. It couldn't. Back up non existent. Useless product. Gave it 6 tasks. It couldn't do any of them.

Can not Login in to activate XD7. This company is terrible. Internet says that they are out of business. How can they sell a product if they are out of business? I cannot get a response from the company E-mail, and they do not have a Phone number to reach them anywhere on the website.

Scanner worked twice when I tried to let them know it was practically new. Kept giving me the run around I gave up and bought a better scanner. Stay away from this company

Purchased one of their scanners which died after I used it only a few times. As everyone says, good at taking your money, no support when things don't work. Both their website and emails taken you round in circles and are a waste of time.
