Ancel needs to be sued. Theres no way they speak or understand English. I wanted to upgrade from a ad410 to something more informative like a x7 ir a ds600bt. I ask what scanner / code reader would be the the best for someone that likes working on cars so there's no specific car because I never know what I might work on. Pretty straight forward. I get a response a few days later asking for the year make and model of my car. Ok so maybe they misunderstood me. I tell them again. No specific car just want a scanner that will work on most makes and models. Couple days later they ask me for the codes I got and then need the information on the car. After going back and forth over 6 or 7 times. I tell them. My personal vehicle is a 2025 Silverado but its still under factory warranty so I definitely don't need a scanner for it. If there's a problem I'll take it to Chevrolet. But most recent cars i have worked on were 18 Hyundai, about the same year Kia. 19 Ford edge. 18 Chevy Camero. A couple days later I get a answer that they don't have a scanner / code reader for a 2025 Silverado. Thats when I gave up. Im going to see what I can do about starting a class action lawsuit. I will try to make it as easy as possible to find the lawsuit. Ill be checking here. So if you like say the word lawsuit and I'll note it down for my attorney.

Looks pretty and connects to my vehicles. But thay is about as far as it goes! I was told that i would have certain special functions on the year make and model of my vehicles only to find out that I DONT! Even the live data. It will say I am doing over 70kmh with the vehicle in park sitting in my driveway??? Over 7000rpm when idling??? Ignition keeps flashing between off and on when engine is running?? I can't even trust the data! Absolute joke and waste of money. DO NOT BUY ANCEL!

I purchased the Ancel HD3600 for my business because it was supposed to support the John Deere Gator 825i that my Ancel MT700 didn't. Upon receiving it I activated and updated the unit. I then proceeded to hook up to the Gator and it would say that it was supported, but when I tried to connect it would always fail. I know that it wasn't a problem with the Gator as I took it to John Deere and they hooked up to it with no problem. I understand that these things happen and that anything man made can fail, but the problem is Ancel has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I emailed them back and forth for almost 2 weeks, which is only one email response a day at best only to figure out that the unit should be supported. They will go in circles as if they just want you to give up, and that's exactly what I did. I threw that piece of junk in the dumpster. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

Shocking company to deal with.
No customer service .
Locked out of my account.
Supposedly on holiday in February for 2 weeks before they will answer.!
Only asked if the unit was compatible with a van as I kept getting errors on the unit.
Don't buy from a third party they won't answer you.
Do yourself a favour and choose something else.

Se cercate un dispositivo professionale per lavoro, non è lo strumento giusto. Ha problemi software, ha meno funzioni di dispositici di pari prezzo della concorrenza. Se si fa notare alla assistenza si ottengono risposte banali, nessun riguardo ad aggiornare/migliorare il prodotto.

Detto ciò il dispositivo comunque funziona, anche se usarlo non dà sicurezza.

I bought ancel v6pro+hd. It looks like the truck part of the tablet might work i did not change anything. However the car section it does not read all the live data. Like live miss fire data. Also the bidirectional functions I can't seem to get to work. You can cut off individual injectors or coils as an example. Also customer service is hard to get a hold of.

Had purchased an X7 scan tool. At first it was great, the tablet was at first a bit of a foreign concept to me but once I got used to using the device it was simple to complete the diagnosis or resets needed. I do not like the yearly / bi yearly subscriptions but if you use this on a daily basis and it generates income it is worth it i guess.

My tablet, like a large amount of other customers, had ended up slowly and progressively losing tough response and eventually stopped working over all. While you can find a work around to this issue (illegally transfer the software onto a separate android device) I decided to message the company instead and see about a replacement tablet as the device was under 2 years old. There was no help besides either buying another device or purchasing a tablet repair kit online (screen repair etc). If there was a discounted replacement option or a extended warranty option that cost xx dollar a month or year covering the device i wouldn't have an issue.

I purchased a Ancel V6 from Ancel Boutique and this diag. Computer is useless the software in this computer is no good, all that keeps coming up for all of my choices on the screen is unsupported and and that it doesn’t support my VIN# on my Western Star 5700XE. I can’t return it so now now I’m stuck with a paper weight. I do not recommend anyone purchasing this computer from them.

TERRIBLE tech support!
I bought an ancel MR 500 to troubleshoot my 2021 wave runner.
Let me say I am not a shop. Just a guy trying to troubleshoot my wave runner.
While this may be a good tool for shops it is NOT a good tool for an average consumer.
I can not connect to my wave runner.
The support folks are slow to respond at best. A total waste of time and money.
I am sending this unit back.
I suppose this is my fault for not doing more research.

Cant read ECU on Ssangyong rexton 2019 or Benz sprinter 2003 where iCarsoft reads OK, mostly OK on Mitsubishi Pajero sport 2002

it is useful , very easy to use save me a lot of money.
