Horrible experience dealing here for Xmas. They dont stock anything and direct ship from mfgs. They dont list items not in stock but sell them anyways.
Expect 10 days to get a shipping notification .
Close to a scam company but they do eventually slowly process refunds once they waste weeks of your time
Stay away

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE and make the same mistake I did. I was meant to receive shoes over a week ago. NO tracking from the company and they can't even reach the delivery drivers or team. That means my shoes are likely lost but they won't refund me, track down the package or send another pair. I will have to wait until the day they finally admit the shoes are lost. I've seen this happen on several other reviews today. I cannot believe this company can get away with this!! Either refund the items or provide proper tracking. Don't just ask your customer to wait weeks until you finally hear back from your drivers!!

Malgré une erreur de commande de ma part, on a trouvé une solution rapidement en parlant avec des humains géniaux.

Merci Altitude. C’est un modèle d’affaire qui se surpasse depuis des années :)

I can't wait until the avalanche, nuggets contract is over! This channel really suck! Blackouts & a app that sucks even more!

Terrible shipping times, customer service literally doesn't exist other than pre drafted email responses. Highly recommend finding some other retailer as this company is probably fraud.

I ordered a backpack, it said it was in transit and it never updated. The tracking app said that the delivery company had not yet received the package while altitude sports says its the delivery company's fault. I am very disappointed in this shopping experience.

The agent took time to get me the relevant answers to the product I was wanting to buy. This re-assures customers & enables them to make a correct decision on the purchase.

Altitude Sports is a very reliable company that sells high-quality goods at various price points. Their customer service is quite good as well, and one can choose to use email, live chat or phone to get in touch. Their membership is also worth it for additional discounts and access to sales.

Ordered water bottles and accessories, order shipped very fast, and they were all double-boxed in their retail boxes. The water bottles are all in perfect/flawless brand new condition. A lot of care was put into the shipment. Lots of packing materials. It makes all the difference. When I order a water bottle from sport chek or amazon, they will wrap them only in a single layer of brown paper which still allows them to ding around with other objects in the box. They don't look and feel brand new when shipped like that. And I don't like getting water bottles off a retail floor where they've already been handled and spoiled. Amazon just sent me a 64 oz stanley water bottle in nothing but a brown paper bag! Zero protection. Hydro flask and stanley are caring enough to ship their water bottles in dedicated boxes. Yeti charges a fortune for their bottles and doesn't use a box. Their margins are so high, yet won't give a few extra pennies for a dedicated box. And sure enough, that has resulted in scuffed and blemished yeti water bottles in almost all of the ones I recently ordered from them.

Le service est quand assez simple

Altitude sports just collected another new happy customer. Their representatives reached out to me with the best possible economical advantage in my search for a high-end new sleeping bag- when north face would not return my calls or discuss an obvious defective product with me it was altitude sports who provided a superior alternative at a huge savings compared to the competition, and trust me, I shopped around. When it comes to high-end sleeping bags, mountain hardware was the best choice for me. North face will sell you $1000 bag with a faulty zipper that snags and rips itself and then tell you that the lifetime warranty is just for the lifetime of the bag?? Thanks to altitude sports. I’ll happily continue shopping with you for all my outdoor needs.

Ils offrent vraiment un super service, je commande toujours sur ce site, livraison rapide, efficace, de bons spéciaux, j’ai fait presque tout mes achats de Noël au Black Friday sur ce site.

I am very happy being a member of Altitude Sports. They offer a wide selection of clothing and gear to suit my needs. Items are reasonably price, go on sale in our event discounted more for members. Both the shipping, return and refund policy are exceptional. I have always been satisfied with my purchases.

Professional, efficient and clear dialogue from dealing with support staff.

Fast, professional and friendly service. Fantastic feedback throughout the order, shipping and delivery process.

Good selection of brands, easy returns for members are a huge plus when buying online and not sure about fit. So far customer service is very responsive. Sometimes they have some great deals.

Excellent magasin. Grand choix, bon prix et service à la clientèle hors pairs.

I ordered a pair of shoes on November 11, and Altitude Sports now claims the package was lost in transit. Weeks later, I still have no shoes and no real answers. Their customer service has been terrible. I have to call every day, and all I get is the same scripted line: “Someone will call you back.” Spoiler: no one does. At this point I’m disappointed, frustrated, and seriously reconsidering buying from them again.
