Service client nullissime, facturation de 12$ pour les frais de retour, les retours ne sont pas traités correctement, cela fait plus de 15 jours que mon retour a été partiellement traité. 1 seul article sur les 2 qui ont été retournés a été remboursé et, pourtant, les deux répondaient aux conditions, avec les étiquettes, articles non utilisés et avec les plastiques de protection. Je me trouve face à un service client qui n'a pas de réponse, ne peux rien faire à part pour me revenir dans 48h... et ceci depuis 2 semaines !

The new website (as of January 2026) is terrible. How did this pass any UX testing?

As a repeat customer who's ordered 10+ times over the past 5 years with zero issues on product quality or delivery, reordering simple items like socks or clothing used to be easy: just click on past orders to add them back to the cart. That functionality is now completely gone.

They also wiped out my wishlist with almost no notice (maybe 4 days to save anything), and I can't remember all the exact sizes and items I had saved. My shopping cart was destroyed too.

Browsing has been ruined... product photos for shirts or socks often take up half the screen (sometimes the entire screen), making it impossible to see many items at once on desktop. You can't even use the browser zoom to shrink things down and view more. This might work okay on mobile or tablet, but it completely kills the desktop experience where I used to scan dozens of options quickly.

This is a downgrade in every way... no real benefits for customers, just a garbage-looking UI that adds frustration. Why fix what wasn't broken? Maybe they rushed it to save money, but it shows zero consideration for frequent shoppers.

I won't be ordering much (if anything) until they fix these issues.... it's basically impossible now. Hopefully online sales drop enough to force them to bring back the old site or at least restore the useful features.
Suggestion to Altitude Sports: Run major changes by your loyal customers first, give proper notice (more than a few days) to save wishlists/carts, and actually ask for feedback before rolling out something this disruptive.

2 stars – you've lost my trust with this change.

I got a pair of Craft cross country ski pants as a gift, with in 2 uses the zippers on the back of the legs broke.
Reached out thinking that i would get an exchange pair.. NOPE they said send them back and I would get my credit and oh wait an extra 25 dollars but the pants have no exchange and are out of stock. Plus i could purchase them again when in stock a full cost. Honestly as a first time customer I would not recommend them. There is so many other site that provide better service and options on gear.
With the quality of the craft pant being so poor I would watch out for this company.

My best option is to have the zippers replaced with a high quality zippers instead of waste my time shipping back.. to get a 25 dollar credit LOL

JOKE buyers beware

They failed to deliver my package and then failed to provide a refund for the package that was lost by them.

Now I'm out a product and money.

Payment was successfully processed, yet the order was cancelled afterward. The platform refused to honor the original promotional price, citing the item as a third-party Marketplace product, and offered no compensation. Customers are left paying the price for issues between the platform and the seller—overall a disappointing shopping and post-order experience.

Altitude Sports is not dependable in maintaining high level quality of service when processing returns. As a first time customer back in mid-December, I was excited and happy with the process in receiving the order. However, as I ultimately decided to return the item, I did so within the appropriate time frame and sent it back.

This leads to the frustrating part - they received the item and yet I still don't see anything back to my credit card even though it's been well over the 5 business day refund processing. In fact, if I hadn't personally reached out to them to check on an update, I wouldn't even be aware since they don't maintain professionalism in sending customers an email themselves when experiencing some sort of delay or even acknowledging something was received.

Although the customer service reps seem to sound nice, overall they come off as deceitful. They change the official return date they received my item, don't give proper updates, and it's ridiculous if I have to pay fee to try and complete this, meanwhile I'm waiting for hundreds of $$ to be refunded.

I ordered two pairs of gloves, but one of the items I received was not the correct product. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I returned the gloves because they were too small.

Now I have been informed that I will not receive my refund, even though the mistake occurred because the wrong item was sent to me in the first place. This situation is unacceptable, as I should not be penalized for an error that was outside of my control.

I kindly request that you review this case and issue a full refund for the incorrect item. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to process this.

I had cause to contact customer service by phone regarding an order I had just placed and wanted to modify. Not only was the call answered quickly on a week-end, but the rep. was very understanding and quickly resolved the issue in a professional and efficient manner which left me completely satisfied. I have been a long term customer and have reached out to customer service twice over the years, and each time they have resolved the issue to my liking, so. I always feel confident shopping online with Altitude Sports.

I received my price match refund 7mins after a text was sent to customer support, on a holiday!

La navigation sur le site internet est facile. Les produits offerts sont variés, couvrent un large inventaire de marques et de grandeurs. Il est très facile d'obtenir des réponse en clavardarge . Bons prix. Livraison rapide. Retour facile.

Je suis très déçue de votre service. La personne en charge de prendre ma commande à l'entrepôt et me l'expédier avait UNE JOB à faire. C'est vraiment pas difficile de sélectionner la bonne marchandise. J'ai reçu une paire de bottes Vans au lieu des Mules Nupste que je devais donner à quelqu'un avant son départ. Je ne recommande pas votre compagnie à personne. Même si l'erreur est humaine, je suis vraiment mécontente.

So far I'm very happy with Altitude Sports I purchased a coat for my wife for Christmas unfortunately it was to small. The return was super easy and I'm hoping the size I did purchase will fit better if not we have one more size to try hopefully they have stock as everything seems to sell very quickly.
