Made an order more than two weeks ago and have not received any shipping updates. I have contacted the company numerous times through email, Instagram and Facebook with no reply.

Good selection of pouches and really affordable. Sadly it seems that the website is down and they don't sell anymore.

Klarna billed me for 2 jumbocans
Klarna billed me for 2 jumbocans, got confirmation email from klarna about succesful payment. After this I got confirmation email from allwhite stating that empty package is on its way (only shipping cost included, no price of cans mentioned). Now after few days allwhites customer support refuses to answer and fix the issue

Hi Juso, I can only imagine the frustration :/ Sadly our responses didn't get to you as quickly as desired, sometimes they end up in the trashcan. We're always making sure every costumer ends up compensated for any issue that might appear so I'm glad we're now in conversation through email. We're here until everything is resolved, cheers and thanks for sticking with it!

Kaikki minun ensimmäisessä tilauksessa meni aivan putkeen. Tilasin tuotteeni 18.3.2025 tiistai aamuna. Heti seuraava torstai, 20.32025, puolelta päivin oli noudatettavissa postilokerosta.
Hinnat ovat oikein kilpailu kykyisiä, itse en uskaltanut ostaa ihan halvinta mitä valikoimassa löytyy, mutta siinä tapauksessa 1 purkki on puolet halvempi postikuluineen kuin suomalaisessa kaupassa. Minun suosikki merkkini oli reilu 2e halvempi/purkki postikuluineen verratraessaan kaupan hintoihin. Suosittelen All White Online kaikille jotka nikotiinituotteita käyttää. Minusta tuli ekan tilauksen jälkeen vakkari asiakas
