Absolutely terrible experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I placed an order for a vape and paid for it in full. The order never reached me because it was stopped due to Norwegian import regulations. I understand that customs regulations exist, but as a company selling and shipping these products internationally, I would expect them to clearly warn customers when they are shipping to a country where the order may not legally be delivered.

The end result is ridiculous: I received NO vape and I have also received NO refund. They took my money, I received absolutely nothing in return, and I’m simply expected to accept the loss.

If you knowingly accept orders and payments from customers in Norway, you should either make absolutely clear before payment that the shipment may be prohibited, refuse the order altogether, or have a reasonable refund policy when the customer never receives the goods.

Instead, I’m left with no product and no money.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I certainly won’t order from them again, and I would advise anyone ordering to be extremely careful before giving this company your money.

Min Vozol Vista 40000 är grym och priset var kanon men herregud vad seg leveransen var. Tog nästan två veckor... Fast för det priset kan jag väl vänta lite.

Kollade koden på min Vozol Star 40000 direkt och den var grön. Skönt att veta att det är äkta grejer! Billigare än de flesta andra sidor också så jag klager inte.
