Made an order more than two weeks ago and have not received any shipping updates. I have contacted the company numerous times through email, Instagram and Facebook with no reply.

Good selection of pouches and really affordable. Sadly it seems that the website is down and they don't sell anymore.
Kaikki minun ensimmäisessä tilauksessa meni aivan putkeen. Tilasin tuotteeni 18.3.2025 tiistai aamuna. Heti seuraava torstai, 20.32025, puolelta päivin oli noudatettavissa postilokerosta. Hinnat ovat... Vis mer

Glad to hear that Samuli! We prioritize quick service and support!!
Kaikin puolin toimiva palvelu
Olen tilannut tuotteita useampaan kertaan viimeisen vuoden aikana.

Hi Teemu, I'm really sorry for the delay and the mix-up; we jumped on to fixing it right away and hope that really helped with the rest of the experience :)
3/5 but can be better
I order some stuff a week ago in Friday and until this week, Wednesday there was no information, confirmation, no response for emails etc. I had to call and after a call my package was send with UPS Express Saver so I got it a day after. Ordered 11 cans of Zyn and got everything like I wanted. I'll probably buy again from here but they really need to do something with customer service experience. I legit thought I got scammed.
I'll remember to leave 5/5 if the customer service experience change a little bit for better.

Out of stock and long delivery
Snus were fine but three of the cans I ordered were out of stock and only after I emailed customer support, after days of no update on my order, they informed me of this. After this, it took about another week and a half for my snus to get delivered even though I paid extra for express 2-3 day delivery. Customer service could be much better and delivery was way too long. May order again from this place. However I will say the customer service I received after I was in contact was pretty helpful and respectful.
