Ive been ordering from here for ages the delivery times and products are fantastic but the last order i placed a week ago hasn't been updated in any way I've dm'd their instagram account sent 2 emails and called them but no answer. I understand that mistakes happen and im not mad about it i just wish for it to be resolved (order 193811) if allwhite sees this i would happily give a 5 star review if you contact me via email attached to the order so we can get things rolling again.

Bestelling nog niet eens opgestuurd na anderhalve week wachten. Customer service reageert nergens op, telefoonnummer werkt nieteens. Kreeg een halfgebakke reactie dat ik binnen 3 dagen moest emailen als ik geen tracking link had ontvangen. 3 dagen later, en je raad het: geen tracking link. Ik emailen.. hele week 0 reactie. Alles geprobeerd. Alsof ze je expres negeren terwijl je wel geld uitgeeft..

Slechte communicatie. Zit al anderhalve maand te wachten op op bestelling, laatst nog n bestelling gedaan. Zou binnen 7-11 dagen bezorgd worden, heb nog niet eens een tracking link. 15 mailtjes gestuurd en maar 1x reactie. Reageer op jullie email AUB!

I ordered from the website two weeks ago. I haven't received my order yet. My DHL Tracker order is still in Sweden and hasn't left. There are no updates. I sent several emails but didn't receive any answers. I tried calling but no one answered the phone! Poor customer service and unreliable website.

Olen kuullut tästä sivustosta pelkkää hyvää ja uskaltauduin itsekin tekemään tilausken, mutta minulla olikon päinvastainen kokemus. Tein tilauksen 18.5. enkä vieläkään ole saanut tilaustani?
24.5. laitoin heille sähköpostia tilaukseeni liittyen, eikä siihen ole vastattu.
Tänään 27.5. koitin soittaa heille ja automaatti vastaaja sanoo että, valitsemaanne numeroon ei juuri nyt saada yhteyttä..

Yleensä tilaus on tullut alle viikossa. Nyt tilaus tehty viikko sitten eikä tilausvahvistuksen jälkeen ole tullut mitään lisätietoja tai tietoa että toimitettu. Kuulemani mukaan näin on myös muilla tällä hetkellä.

Edit 4.7., edelleenkään ei vastausta

Tilasin tuotteita viikko sitten, ja sain tilausvahvistuksen, mutta en saanut koskaan tietoja lähetyksestä. Lähetin yritykselle sähköpostia ja kysyin tilauksen perään, en ole saanut mitään vastausta!

they promised to contact me, which they didn't. See my last review and their reply.
I sent them emails, called them and sent DM's.
No reply, no refund.

I placed an order on May 13th and was told delivery would take 7–11 working days. After a week of no updates, I followed up multiple times. I was eventually informed that some items were missing and that the warehouse had started collecting the order—but I never received tracking info or confirmation of shipment.

After another delay, the company admitted they were dealing with "serious issues" and could not guarantee that the package would ever be shipped. I was told to cancel the payment, as they couldn’t do anything further.

This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I had to escalate the issue myself just to avoid paying for a product that never arrived. Be cautious before ordering—communication was vague, and fulfillment was unreliable.

SCAM! Ordered a week ago, wrote an email twice, no response, no shipment confirmation, no nothing.. just scam company that costs me 30EUR because I am stupid to check its scam! Don’t BUY FROM HERE

All good. Received after 2 weeks

I have ordered from here twice before with no issue. However I placed an order 3 days ago and it still has not shipped. I do not see the order anywhere on my account, but I have an order confirmation email. I don't mind if there's a slight delay, but they have not returned my calls or email asking if there was a delay or if my order wasn't processed. I would appreciate some communication from allwhiteonline regarding the status of my purchase (191030).
Update: still no word back from them. Had to contact the bank for a refund. Real shame.

Ennen sai tornin alle viidenkympin. Tilannut useasti. Nyt sama tuote noussut 73 eur. Eli sama hinta kuin täällä kaupassa (Velo). Tilasin muualta nyt.

Tein tilauksen yli viikko sitten, ja tilausvahvistuksen jälkeen ei ole kuulunut mitään. Lähetin myös sähköpostia ja kysyin tilauksen perään mutta siihenkään ei ole tullut mitään vastausta. Lisäksi olen yrittänyt soittaa useamman kerran, mutta puheluihin ei vastata.

Parin viikon kuluttua tilauksesta tuli pahoitteluviesti vastauksena sähköpostikyselyyn, mutta edelleenkään nyt 4 viikkoa tilauksesta, mitään tuotteita ei ole toimitettu.

I ordered now two weeks ago and my order it’s not here. The shipping it’s very slow, normally in maximum one and half week was here..
