Ik heb 3 weken geleden besteld en nog steeds geen informatie ontvangen over bezorging. Ik heb hier meermaals over gemaild maar nog geen antwoord ontvangen.

I received some products with an expiration date of 2023, it's now 2025. Had this issue before, and then it was immediately solved with a refund of the expired products. I have sent an email with photos of the products, but have not heard back in over a week. Too bad, initially this shop was very good but after what happened now I will not be ordering here again.

Unfortunately I learned that they have not shipped any orders anymore. Apply to get your payment back!!!

Ensimmäisellä tilauskerralla tuotteet tuli salaman nopeasti ja asiointi oli vaivatonta. Nyt tein isomman tilauksen 17.5.2025 ja tuli ilmoitus, että tilaus on mennyt läpi, mutta mitään seuranta sähköposteja ei ole tullut. Olen laittanut sinne kaksi sähköpostia joihin ei olla vastattu.

Heb een bestelling geplaatst, ben al 3 weken aan het wachten. Ook al 3x gemaild maar krijg geen reactie van ze.

Tilattu 13.5. Tilausta ei kuulu ei näy, eikä sähköposteihin vastata. Aiemmin tullut nopeasti, tilannut pari kertaa aiemmin. Tilaus meni läpi, mutta tilauksen seuranta ja lähetystietoja ei ole tullut.

I ordered on the 19th of May and I still have no confirmation of the order. I tried contacting 5 days ago and today again, but nobody picks up or responds to emails.

I want my money back or the order shipped ASAP.

I've placed an order on may 19th, on the website it said it would take 7 - 10 days to deliver it to my home adres. Sadly since then I haven't received any updates in terms of track and trace, shipment or that there was a delay. 5 Days ago I send them an email regarding this issue and until now they've failed to even reply. In the past their service was good with fast deliveries, but right now I'm very dissatisfied. Wouldn't recommend ordering here if they don't change this issue

This store used to be very good. I always had a fast delivery and great customer service. Sadly, I did an order 2 weeks ago, which I did not receive a Track and Trace for nor a confimation. I also cannot reach customer service.

I think criminal investogation will start soon regarding this company. Many orders and deliveries not complished. Maybe a fraud?

I have ordered here a few times, it has been a mix of fast en slower deliveries. the last two orders did not arrive. I had some contact with Thomas, he was kind and seemed helpful but sadly I have not received my orders yet. over the past week or so I have been sending email after email but no response came. I am not sure my last 2 orders will arrive, and since they are not responding to my emails I am afraid they won't.

First order 21 February, shipped 22 February.

Second order 21 March, shipped 24 March.

Third order (and last) 19 May, still not shipped as of today 29th May. UPDATE: Still not shipped as of 7th June and I've canceled my Klarna payment.
Sent 2 mails asking about order. No answer.

I think these guys are anti-returning customer.

2 weeks since i paid for order 190322 and nothing...just got an email asking me how was my order.

Can't get a response from them for an order I have not received. Very disappointed.

They used to ship pretty fast. But my last order never arrived and they do not reply to emails.

Ordered twice before. First orders where fine. Last order is not delivered. No confirmation, No emailresponse, phone number not working. What is going on?

Ordered on May 14, still no response from customer service or update on my order 2 weeks later. See lot's of other people are in the same situation.

Ordered a week ago - order has not been shipped - no answer from customer service. Seems like I got scammed.

Tein ja maksoin melkein 200e tilauksen15.5. Tuli ilmoitus, että tilaus on vastaanotettu ja lähetetään pian. Mitään ei kuitenkaan kuulunut sen jälkeen. Olen laittanut heille kolme sähköpostia, joihin ei olla vastattu.
Olen tilannut heiltä aiemmin muutaman kerran ja toimitus on tapahtunut nopeasti ja luotettavasti. Nyt on kuitenkin jotain tapahtunut yritykselle, minkä vuoksi minulle ja monelle muulle on käynyt niin, ettei tuotteita ole tullut eivätkä he vastaa yhteydenottoihin. Alan epäilemään, etten saa tuotteita lainkaan.

Edit. 8.6. Vieläkään ei kuulunut mitään, vaikka useita sähköposteja lähetetty. Tilauksesta kulunut kohta kuukausi. Joku on pahasti pielessä All Whiten toiminnassa.

Edit. 28.6. Ei vieläkään kuulunut toimituksesta mitään. Tehty tilauksesta ilmoitus pankille viikko sitten. Muutaman päivän päästä tuli ilmoitus, että Klarna ottanut asian selvitykseen.
