Just received my order and I couldn't be more pleased with the pendant. It's beautifully made and the service was second to none. Really happy and wouldn't hesitate to use Alba Rose again and highly recommend them.

We ordered our wedding rings, and received a first class service, extremely helpful with the sizing & aterations we needed at no extra cost. We also had our rings engraved & was given great advise & guidance with this. Can’t recomend highly enough

I ordered a mould kit for £4.95 from the Alba Rose website to have a wedding band designed to fit my engagement ring. It was sent out very quickly with the returns postage paid, I took a mould of my ring and sent it back to Alba Rose.
I received an email a few days later to say they had received my mould and would send me some images of my design shortly and also to my surprise that a £35 standard design fee would be taken from my account once they had sent me the digital images of the ring - at no point ever was I made aware of this £35 design fee until I had already bought the mould and sent it back . After contacting Alba Rose they refunded the payment quickly.
I liked the concept of not having to part with my ring, the mould kit itself was easy to use and the digital design of my ring I am really pleased with and will be ordering in the near future. Overall a good service with Alba Rose I just didn’t like that the design fee was not clearly stated.

I was told about Alba Rose by a friend and saw their rings etc. They were really nice - though not the same ones as we liked. Loads of choice was available.I visited the shop (though they didn't have the ring I liked avaliable in store but did have my OH's) and then bought online. Loved the rings - they are beautiful. Also, ordering a wax version for £6 in advance of buying the final ring was very helpful. I would 100% recommend.

Ordered our wedding rings from alba rose as we got engagement ring from you as well and had excellent service. Used the free re size voucher - which was great!
When we got our wedding rings my partner needed his resize which was fine we had a voucher for it - a free re size. We sent it off paid for delivery. We then got an email saying we owed them money for postage back to us! This didn't happen when I sent my engagement ring off! And considering the cost of the rings I feel this was a real let down in terms of service!

Really really happy with my ring, the customer service was great, impressed with the price of everything not too expensive, could not fault them at all. Thank you so much.

Since my first purchase the customer service I've received has been amazing and the timescales of receiving my order has been speedy money well spent.

The ring was absolutely beautiful, over the moon with it! Great quality, fast delivery and quick responses, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Also as we were on a bit of a deadline, they even marked it as urgent to try for a quicker delivery. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

I really struggled to find a wedding ring on the high street. My engagement ring is twisted and has a really awkward shape. Saw this company through Facebook so was a little wary at first. I decided to order a ring mould kit and couldn’t believe it when it arrived only two days later! I followed the step by step instructions to mould my ring and sent this off. The whole process was easy and stress free. I paid for the VIP package so I could have tweaks on my design and also got £50 off my order. The team are only an email away and are on hand to help if needed. Safe to say I LOVE my new ring. I honestly wouldn’t have found one which fits as well anywhere else and my ring was cheaper than other rings I had found. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would use again in a heart beat. I wanted a ring to fit around an awkwardly shaped engagement ring.
I dealt with Ethan, who was patient, interested and keen to get things just right.
It was such an exciting moment when my ring was delivered this week, so beautifully presented, and looks just right against my engagement ring.
The whole process took 2 months and would have been quicker if I could have made my mind up sooner!
The price was also very reasonable compared to quotes I had from local jewellers.
All in all I am a very happy customer!!

I purchased my wifes engagement ring from Alba rose 2 years ago. My experience was excellent and they never rushed me into my decision. Therefore myself and my wife decided to return recently to Alba rose to purchase our wedding bands. Our visit was very positive and we were made to feel very welcome. Dropped into the store this morning to have my wedding ring resized as it started feeling tight a few weeks ago.
Resized and reset my diamond whilst we had coffee. Less than an hour later it looks like new.
