Bracelet Bead
I recently lost my dog through ill health and wanted something I could have with me all the time. The bead is beautiful, engraved with her name and wearable all the time. The service from Alba Rose could not be faulted, from the request for the ashes kit to receipt of the bead - I cannot recommend them enough.

Beautiful jewellery!
Amazing quality, beautiful ring and ear rings and super fast turn around. Love the fact that there is a pay monthly option as well as many other companies don't offer this service. Can't recommend them enough everyone has commented on how amazing it is! The only negative thing I would say is that I was offered a 15% off discount code which I wasn't able to use in conjunction with the finance option, but apart from that no complaints at all!

I wish I would rate this company 0 stars. I tried their mould kit and followed the instructions meticulously yet the mixture turned solid immediately and I was therefore unable to make a mould of my engagement ring. I emailed asking for a refund and they said they would only refund me if I removed my 1 star review from this site. It is now clear to me why there are so many more good reviews on here than bad ones. I have refused their offer as I want people who are thinking of buying their mould kit to see my review.

We’re very sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience with the mould kit. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn’t work as expected, especially when you’ve followed the instructions carefully.
Our mould kits include step-by-step written instructions and an online video guide, and in most cases customers are able to achieve a successful mould. However, the material is time-sensitive, and environmental factors such as room temperature or mixing speed can sometimes affect the outcome.
When you contacted us, we offered to send replacement kits free of charge so you could try again, as this is usually the quickest way to resolve this type of issue. That offer remains available should you wish to take it up.
We would also like to clarify that our intention is always to resolve concerns fairly and directly with our customers. We’re genuinely sorry that we were unable to reach a resolution that felt acceptable to you, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Charm Bead
I found Alba Rose on facebook literally days after we had to say goodbye to our springer at the far too short age of 8. As any dog owner will know I was, and still am, heartbroken, this seemed like the ideal way of keeping her at my side, exactly where she had spent the last 8 years. The empathy, consideration and exemplary service of Alba Rose cannot be overstated - from the ordering of the ashes kit to the delivery of my charm was less than 2 weeks. I cannot recommend them enough.
