I've just spent the weekend with Alasdair and the team. I have to give it ten out of ten. The energy and enthusiasm is so infectious and to learn from someone who has done it is amazing, and so achievable. I'd seriously recommend you look him up and start your property journey. I attended the Property Sourcing Intensive event this weekend and I am glad I made this choice. The event opened my eyes about the fact that sourcing doesn't have to be this sales thing that people do at property network events (sometimes in a pushy, chaotic way) but rather a structured and organised business which, if done with a genuine intention to help, it can bring massive value to investors. And speaking about value, I can see Alasdair and his team are an authority in the field through their experience so learning from them should be seriously considered by the serious person who wants to build a serious business. The Property Sourcing Intensive was definitely value for money. It’s much more than just learning about property sourcing. We covered sales, marketing, using AI for marketing and sales, compliance, business infrastructure, public speaking and more.

What I liked most was the focus on practical knowledge and getting results, rather than just theory. I came away with a much better understanding of how to actually build and grow a property business. A really valuable experience.

Alasdair was a sales coach which I have never before in the approach to sales, I have been in sales for 25 years and haven't been taught like this before. My business is so young and I wish I had the resources to pay for him, keep spreading the message ma man!
