Ella Deeley at Rubicon was fantastic from start to finish. Always checking in, always making sure I was well informed at every stage of the whole process. And when I actually got the job she sent me a hand written card saying congrats! Now that's a service and a half, if you ask me. My experience working with this agency has been nothing but positive from day one. On my very first day at a new job, they drove all the way from Poole, Bournemouth to Salisbury just to bring me some work shoes, which really showed how dedicated they are to helping their staff.
