I remember I gave you 4 stars for a good work done by updating your payment options, I take that back why is it that just after less than a month you guys have switched back to what's many of your users where complaining about. Now the payment via bank and flutterwave has been taken off and the same problematic Reloadly has been brought back. Your reviews isn't encouraging at all and you keep making the same mistakes. I'm disappointed in y'all honestly

I've tried withdrawing 6$ for the past 6 hours payout is always unavailable and when it's available it tells me the payout is successful but nothing shows up in my account

Good afternoon Afrisight. I was opportuned to find the withdrawal option available this afternoon and I've been trying to withdraw but it has been given me issues. When I used the Sochitel option, it'll show top-up successful but it'll bounce back to my account and I've not been credited on my line either. I've messaged the support many times but it wasn't attended to.

I give afrisight 5 stars because I didn't have any issues with my rewards and payouts,even though surveys take a bit of time to pay,but they are reliable.I have made these withdrawals and no complaints...so far so good.

I have tried several times to withdraw to my number, but no amount is credited even after getting the notification that the payout was successful.
I have also taken several surveys, but after finishing, they do not show up in my pending reward. Some do show up, but the reward amount is reduced from the initial amount before I took the survey. This situation is very disappointing.

This is one of the best survey sites—I really enjoy using it. I’ve noticed a lot of improvements over the past few months, which is great to see. I do wish I qualified for more surveys, though.

However, I’ve observed on three occasions that after completing a survey, I was credited less than the amount initially indicated. I encourage the team to look into this issue.

Additionally, it can be quite difficult to reach customer service whenever there is a problem with a survey or reward.

Overall, it’s a good platform with great potential, but addressing these concerns would make the experience even better.

My $5 was not migrated and withdrawing airtime is not successful after several attempts not interested in the site anymore

Um they are pay out is very bad they have a time the payout they need to everything seized I can't withdraw the payout cuz I have passed a minimum of $3 and the waste time in approving everyone to really painful months long months so that is the problem I'm having.

Why is it that anytime I try to request payout from the platform is claims successful but I receive nothing? I withdraw from sochitel airtime nothing to bank account same then it says stuff like 'adding this amount exceeds minimum amount of 10 per week". I also reached out to your support so I change my numbers and then try to request for withdrawal using the mobile money too it's been over a week no response. If you guys are not allowing us to work on the platform kindly let us know. We buy data to take your surveys and at the end we don't receive what is promised. I liked the old platform at least they were transparent and trusted😠

Hi, afrisight I'm writing to you because I couldn't make payout from the sight and it's not only me alots of people mostly from Nigeria has been complaining about unable to make payout from sochitel but you didn't do anything about it ,is it that our time and sweat to do the survey means nothing you, how could you hold payment for close to 6 months without doing anything about it it's like you don't have value for our time more like using us because tons of have been complaining about the same yet you made no changes about and you were not like this before if I could remember I've been doing survey on afrisight for 4years so what no changes...the reloadly option is airtime pay out is not available for Nigeria and Sochitel that's available is rejecting the payout option.. kindly do something about this

Unfortunately, the credit/balance did not last for more than half an hour.

After requesting payout for airtime I haven't receive the airtime.

I do not know why Afrisight refused to attend to all my concerns .

1) I got money on my wallet I cant withdraw. Because they refused to change my acct details that I applied for over 3months now.

2) I cant use the money in my wallet to recharge my number. It will show successful but the money will not be deducted nor credit to my phone .

3) I will complete survies, the not will not reflect in my wallet nor will i see it on my pending .

Please find time to address these issues as soon as possible.

Fast and conveniece. But they need to work on reward, sometimes it takes a month to receive reward on dashboard.
