I had love afrisight because it pay fast just now I begin to see some error it had, I made a top up which show successful transaction but I couldn't receive the airtime, please correct this error before it damage the good reputation of this site

Tried the payout for some time but still nothing.
Always request successful but it doesn't seem to be seen

When I used the Sochitel option, it'll show top-up successful but it'll bounce back to my account and I've not been credited on my line either. I've messaged the support many times but it wasn't attended to.

hello, i have tried several times on sochitel, it says successful but theres no money on my mobile wallet.. i have written emails to the customer support and i have not been answered. also try and add other platforms like paypal or mobile wallets withdraws directly. kindly assist

I have been trying to up but it is bouncing back no top up yet, they should have PayPal withdrawal like the former Afrisight app, this one is hectic, and I hope they can improve for better.. I have trying sochitel top up and it is saying successful but not yet , no reflection of anything

I withdrew 3.05$ by buying airtime but it hasn’t reflected and it showed successful why? What’s happening?

Again, another attempt at withdrawing via sochitel failed despite getting a "your mobile top up payout was successful" message. This has become one too many and leaves a distasteful experience. Also, despite several complaints, my withdrawal to bank option is still limited at $15 per month (instead of per week) and customer service has neither been able to explain why nor rectify the issue in weeks.
The confidence I have and loyalty to the platform is fast eroding and this is quite sad.

Following the response from afrisight, my position still remains the same. My number is always entered correctly and my last successful withdrawal was on 10/03/2026 which makes it way over the suggested withdrawal period of 30 days. Look into your frustrating technical glitches. It is affecting the integrity of the platform.

Trying to withdraw with sochitel is a headache, it just says successful but doesn't work. I've sent an email to support concerning bank transfer being unavailable and I was told the matter would be escalated but till now nothing. Support is basically non-existent. This is the second time I'm trying to withdraw, and to be honest the first time was relatively easy but maybe it's because it was before they upgraded to this new site. Please do better.

Smooth and fast payout process

I have been trying to cash out airtime, but Reloadly is not working. I also tried Sochitel; it shows that the transaction was successful, but I do not receive the airtime, and the amount is later reversed.and also I have balance on my old afrisight but they have not been migrated uptill now

Honestly, one of the worst , I truly despise you. The new interface changed nothing. Pure frustration, nothing works, don't even dare to do their surveys. They'll display what you've earned but the withdrawal process is faulty, both reloadly and sochitel. I hate afrisight. Pure time wastage.
